I highly recommend Triad Cosmetic Dentistry! I had what I called “giraffe teeth”. I have been to several dentists for cleanings and fillings until I lost my insurance and thought it was too expensive to go. Take care of your teeth while you have them! Dr. Brad and Jordan are the best! I had one the best experience at Triad Cosmetic Dentistry. Jordan is so caring, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Dr. Brad is becoming one of my favorites after just one procedure. He is a keeper! Dr. Brad is fun, kind, patient, professional, soothing and a good singer. I actually fell asleep in the chair and that has never happen to me before in life. He even had me humming, he then said, shes happy now, mission accomplished. My son was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal; he asked for my assistance in finding someone who could get him in quickly. Triad was able to do so and the price was very reasonable. I had a very pleasant experience. The office was very friendly and helpful!

Im almost 70, and have had many dentists in my time. Some just so-so, a few terrible, and a few that were outstanding. Dr. Whaley is a truly great dentist in all respects: technically, professionally and personally. Im so lucky to have found her, and only a mile or so from home! All the staff are so nice, and they are always at the leading edge of dental technology. Ill be coming back to their office even after I move 3 hours away sometime next year.

I really enjoyed my first time visit! First of all, the x-rays were done conveniently in the dentist chair. Secondly, the staff and dentist were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and actually complimented me and made me feel good about my teeth instead of feeling judged (even though I need a root canal). I feel confident that not only will my problem be taken care of well but that I have a set out plan of how the steps will be taken care of and I love that they do their own work in the office. We also discussed the possibilities of doing some liners and whitening down the road.

I have been a patient at Triad Cosmetic Dentistry for at least 30 years. I am so confident in their work that I have continued to go even when they were not covered under my insurance plan and I had to pay everything out-of-pocket. I continued to go because I knew Dr. Keith McDonald would ALWAYS do what was best for me and that was most important. At one time or another I have been seen by all of the dentist there and they are all top-notch!

I can not begin to tell you have many procedures that has been performed on my teeth....from fillings, dental crowns, dental implants, veneers, and more. Dr. MacDonald has always made me feel comfortable with the most difficult procedures. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. MacDonald. I am truly blessed to have a dentist like him.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Dan. I enjoyed it. He was such a sweet man and the staff was out of this world nice considerate and kind. I loved my dental assistant Danielle as well. Am looking forward to continue coming back. Very positive and caring atmosphere.

I am a very scared of the dentist. I was put at ease very quickly and I scheduled some very intense work. I enjoyed meeting the one of the dental assistants and hygienist. Everyone was very friendly.

First time their great experience, the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and explained all to me as to each step that I would go through.

I hate going to the dentist. (Like who enjoys it right?) But they are awesome. They stay up with the latest technology and the chairs are the most comfy I have ever had to sit, or lay actually, in. Those are good things, but the best part of Triad Cosmetic Dentistry is their people. They are personable without being chatty. They explain everything they do, and do a fantastic job. Tooth today, gone tomorrow. Thats what happened yesterday when I had a molar removed from my lower jaw that was infected. Its been about 24 hours and I feel like a new man. I had a short wait and within 20 minutes it was over. I have been going to Triad cosmetic dentistry for the last 20 plus years, and I have had braces, titanium implants, three-way bridges, root canals, crowns, and excellent cleanings. Ive had procedures to prevent me from losing teeth, the one I just had extracted was a root canal from over 30 years ago. I am a young senior citizen I have to worry about teeth infections affecting other parts of my body. I highly recommend Triad cosmetic dentistry, all of the dentists are highly trained and the staff is very friendly and will help you in any situation. I have had some great results from some bad situations.

Everybody is very friendly and welcoming when I come in. I never have to wait very long for my appointment. Doctors and assistants are always great and work very quickly and explain everything to you. They make you feel comfortable about going to the dentist.

I was very nervous when I went in, but I immediately felt comfortable because as I walked up to the window, I saw the receptionist greet with me with a very warm smile. All the front desk people were smiling and I felt very welcome and comfortable. Im not used to getting a very warm welcome at other places. I can tell that when the receptionist and other staff said hi and welcomed you, they mean it.Once I was called back, I was greeted and was told everything ahead of time. The dentist was and is superb! He did a excellent job with my tooth and explaining things, including making me feel comfortable. The dentist even pinpointed out and showed me things I needed done to my teeth that my previous dentist missed. This is my new dentist.

After a fall in the park and damage to my mouth. Dr. Keith Macdonald worked me in quick and started working on my teeth. My experience with extractions and surgical placement of implants was as easy as having a tooth filled. I have been his patient for over 30 years and would not go anywhere else. I have been going to Triad Cosmetic Dentistry for about 2 years and see Dr. Brad for my care.When I was younger, I suffered a lot of trauma from dental work and developed a fear of dentists or having anything done to my mouth. I still dont like pain in my mouth for those reasons, among others.I had been without dental insurance for a while between jobs and knew I needed to have some issues addressed. I called Triad Cosmetic Dentistry and scheduled an appointment at the recommendation of my in-laws and I have been extremely happy with the care and service I have received. At my first visit, I let them know about my dental anxiety and they were very reassuring and checked in with me periodically throughout the treatment to make sure I was doing okay. The staff is extremely professional, they listen and they provide you with the best treatment possible. I had problems. The biggest was that I needed support for my lower denture, to the point that I was unable to eat anything but soft foods. I went Dr. Dan and he suggested I consider implants. I followed his advice and went forward with the process. It was easier than I expected, my surgery went well, the implants healed quicker than expected. Today I got fitted with my lower teeth and will never regret it. It was well worth having the procedure, and the icing on the cake was the team. Dr Dan, his assistants, even the check-in people were super nice. Down to earth people, folks I am happy I had opportunity to get to know. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the triad for dental care. Had a 2 wisdom teeth removed last year, while having the top one out my molar was chipped on the side where it touched the wisdom tooth, been trying to keep it clean but it turned into a massive cavity that gets food trapped inside and hurts at any temp not body temp, currently it is abscessed. It was nice to have my wisdom teeth out but it sucks I have to go back and I traded my dental for vision this year

Having broken a crown, I called and was able to see a dentist within an hour. Couldnt ask for better service and cost was reasonable.

Early last year I found out I needed to replace one of my beloved teeth. However, Dr. Dan and all of the crew have been extremely supportive, caring, and engaged throughout the process. I have asked countless questions, chipped my fake tooth a few times, and even cried, but they have been patient, kind, and willing to ensure my experience each time is pleasant. I cant say enough about this practice. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Also, I no longer fear the dentist, haha.

Dr Mac and Dr Whaley are amazing. Their staff are all very kind and caring people. Dr Whaley changed my quality of life with her knowledge of Tenzing. I had a broken jaw many years ago and had TMJ, I couldnt sleep because my airways would become blocked in my sleep and wake me up, I also had severe headaches. I havent had a migraine in more than 5 years. Because of all the issues with TMJ my teeth were deteriorating to the point of no return. Dr Mac worked out a treatment plan that was right for me. He considered what I wanted to accomplish, my lifestyle, my schedule and my finances. Today I have a million dollar smile and confidence I never had before. Thank you Dr Mac and Dr Whaley. YOU ROCK!

My first visit was extremely pleasurable. I had a tooth pulled and implant done the same day in approximately 30 minutes. I was so amazed, I could not believe it. Dr. Macdonald was wonderful and is the most talented dentist I have ever had. I love the fact that all dental procedures can be done in one place; this includes everything from cleaning to implants. The staff is so friendly...all help you feel very comfortable.My second visit was as pleasant as the first. Dr. Mac lengthened my lower front teeth in preparation for caps. I was extremely relaxed...I knew Dr. Mac was in charge. I am looking forward to my next procedure and the joy of having a pretty smile with my improved teeth. I cant say enough about Dr. Mac and his staff...they are wonderful.I now have my beautiful front teeth and lower caps. Not only was I ecstatic about my beautiful teeth, but I now have a beautiful smile that I dont have to hide any longer.Its amazing how I look forward to visiting the dentist these days. The whole procedure was pain free. I came in the other day after some horrific experiences from a different dentist and Endo. The other dentist knew I was in horrific pain when I called on a Friday. I told him I couldn’t eat so much as a smoothie and was passing out. He said I needed a root canal and “wasn’t going to die”. He didn’t even call in antibiotics. I went in for a root canal on that Monday and was still in pain days later and asked what to do. He wouldn’t so much as give me the name of an oral surgeon after saying the tooth absolutely couldn’t be saved and I ended up spending Christmas weekend in the ER waiting for 10 hours and was told again I’d lose the tooth and it would cost a small fortune. A friend recommended this dentist. They got me in IMMEDIATELY that Monday morning. The staff was kind, let me know what was going on every step of the way, and before they did anything, let me know what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. The doctor was not only comforting, he was competent and understanding. I also feel like he wouldn’t be like other dentists and insist I get work done that would cost a ton that I didn’t absolutely need. The best part? He is going to try everything to save the tooth! The pain was HORRIFIC. He prescribed a super strong antibiotic and my pain went from a 10/ 10 to about a 6/10. I have complete faith in him and the staff and know I actually have a chance to save this tooth. I also love that if for some reason, we can’t save it, I won’t have to go to other specialists and they do everything in that office.

I haven’t been to the dentist, other than emergency visit, in over ten years. My teeth had gotten pretty bad. To say I was scared, is an understatement. Dr Brad is the BEST ever!!! He has been so kind, patient, and understanding with me. His work is PHENOMENAL!!!! He has been amazing throughout all my dental work, and I hope to be a patient there for many years to come! I was very fortunate to be outsourced from the VA to Triad Cosmetic Dentistry.

If I could give this place 100+ stars, I certainly would!Starting when I was 16 my teeth starting decaying and became very painful so not only did I deal with ugly teeth for 7 years but have had numerous abscesses, infections, multiple roots canals done, and all with just a plain awful smile. I also couldn’t eat so there for lost an unhealthy amount of weight as well. when I made an appointment with Triad cosmetic, they were very nice and got me in very quickly. I got Dr. Dan as my dentist, from the beginning he told me just with how bad my top teeth are that I really just needed dentures. Yep, a full upper denture, I’m 26 years old😭 so with that being my best option I was nervous at first but after four appointments with extracting my top teeth I had got a full upper denture in just a months time, I had 8 teeth left to pull at my receiving denture appointment and Dr. Dan removed them I swear in 5 minutes! no pain, I’ve never felt pain in any of my appointments, he did an amazing job with the looks and feel of my denture and he made me feel comfortable with having to get them at such a young age, I’ve had them for over a month now. I still go back for readjustments so I look forward to every appointment which I’ve never done in my life(look forward to going to the dentist😓)and all I have done is eat and eat some more FINALLY and so with that being said, I am so very very thankful for Dr Dan and the whole staff. 100000/10000 recommend🤗🙌🏻

I will never ever go back to this place!! I was treated very uncomfortably... A few bad teeth and they look at you very differently.... The younger one is the one I seen. Left me out of antibiotics when covid hit and my tooth became so bad it swole up very bad and I had to go to another dentist to have emergency extraction!! Unless you have GREAT TEETH I definitely would not recommend this place. #HORRIDEXPERIENCE

Dr. Dan who is a high school buddy of mine I explained what issues I was having he had me call and make an immediate appt. They fit me in immediately for a root canal and filling. Dr. Dan and his tech made me feel comfortable and knocked the job out in record time. I’m a day out without any soreness or any issues and scheduled to come in for more work. Great Work.

I use to fear going to the dentist because of all of the bad experiences, but Dr. Whaley is a true professional at her work and always does a great job.
