Dr Basch has helped me n my mom so much I couldnt recommend anyone more highly

Compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, able to think outside the box while still having my welfare in mind. Dr basch is a godsend to our community.

I have a chronic pain condition ( RSD ) and have seen many doctors, including specialists, since I was diagnosed in 1991. I also spent 6 weeks at a pain clinic run by a neurologist from Stanford University. I have had some very incompetent, impatient Doctors and I have dealed with some incredible, responsible professionals. I have had the opportunity to talk and work with Dr. Basch for the last several years. She has been a incredible resource for helping me deal with my pain and depression. I have told her that anyone who didn’t get at least a little depressed when dealing with chronic pain is not accepting reality. LOL She has worked with me using biofeedback, acupuncture, web sites, podcasts and of course old fashioned books. And yes prescriptions too. She evaluates me as a whole, not just a condition. She has a vast store of knowledge on both holistic and western medicine. I don’t think she is seeing new patients now, I don’t know if she has a waiting list, if she does,get on it. I waited 3 months to see her and I am so glad I did. Now I get in right away, when it has been urgent they got me in the same day. I am very grateful there is a Dr. left in Humboldt county that is as compassionate and caring as Connie Basch.

She is a wonderful well educated and caring doctor who is very knowledgeable in both her duties as a MD as well as in the naturopathic side of things....
