Dr garg n his medical assistant Jennifer r really great people n make u feel comfortable and safe. Very professional atmosphere and friendly staff. No long waits and one on one personal service with every patient. Dr garg is a great Dr and really cares about every patient and there individual needs

Our appointment time was for 1:45pm. We showed up early at 1:30pm. Little did we know, there was no point in showing up early since we were not seen by Dr. Steven Lin until 3:20pm — almost 2 hours after my original appointment time.Dr. Steven Lin was brief and concise with diagnosis and treatment (steroid injection). The in-room time was probably less than 10 minutes. However, the unreasonably long wait time just made the visit a poor experience.

My 91 year old mother saw Dr. Hindoyan yesterday for a back issue. He explained everything with detail and was very patient and kind with my mother, ensuring she understood everything. He examined her with care and came up with a good plan that reassured her. She said, I knew when he walked in the door that I was in good hands. The staff was helpful as well and we are appreciative!

Dr. Garg did a great job on my shoulder, he helped identify the issue and after surgery Im back to normal. Great service and great staff.

I had my appointment at 4. They asked me to come half an hour early, so I did. Ive been sitting here since 3:30 and now its almost 6 Im sitting in Dr Lukes office. And no one has seen me yet. Just go to another place

I have had a horrible experience using Dr. Luk and Congress Medical Associates.Both times I have come to appointments, I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. The second time, they forgot I was there, and the front desk never communicated that I was there, although they were happy to take money from me. I am not the only one complaining—in the waiting room I heard several people complaining.They don’t care about their patients’ time. The care wasn’t great, and I won’t be returning.

I asked the receptionist (after she processed my insurance) if my insurance was accepted there and I was told yes before my appointment started. Then after my appointment, I was charged $426.00 that had to be paid at that moment. I paid it because my visit was over but I will never return. Liar!

Dr. Garg is the man! He did surgery on my knee and got me back to work in less than 3 months!. If it wasnt for him I probably wouldnt still have my job.
