I have been going to Dr Concepcion for about 8 years now. Even though I have moved away from Arcadia, I choose to continue going to him. He doesn’t charge more than my insurance will pay which is one thing I appreciate about him. Dr Concepcion and his staff are friendly, on time and professional.

My daughter accidentally broke one of my filings that had lasted me a long time. I was in pain. Dr. Concepcion saw me the next day and replaced it almost in no time. He is very kind and courteous and does a good job. Highly recommended.

DR. CONCEPCION TOOK OVER MY PREVIOUS DDS PRACTICE, DR. PALLARES IN ARCADIA. I HAD BEEN USING DR PALLARES SERVICES OVER 15 YEARS. THEREFORE, WHEN DR CONCEPCION TOOK OVER THE PRACTICE I WAS NOT HAPPY. MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF DR CONCEPCION WAS NOT A POSITIVE ONE. THIS DDS CHANGED HIS DIAGNOSIS ABOUT ONE OF MY TEETH AND INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED TWO CROWNS. I DID NOT BELIEVE HIM. THEN I VISITED ANOTHER USC GRADUATE DDS AND, INSTEAD OF CROWNS, HE RECOMMENDED FILLINGS. I SINCERELY FEEL THAT DR CONCEPCION IS IN THIS PRACTICE TO RECOVER THE MONEY HE PROBABLY SPENT WHEN HE PURCHASED DR PALLARES PRACTICE. I WAS CORRECT WHEN I HESITATED TO TRUST DR CONCEPCION.
