It seems to be an office policy to go above and beyond for the patient.It is also quite beneficial having a resource such as Jeanette working in the front office. Because of her many years of experience of also doing back office work, she brings a very deep and useful understanding of both the technical and business aspects of things.

Friendly, gentle, and detailed. Overall wonderful experience. Consultation was state of the art and thorough, pricing estimates were straight forward and presented clearly. Fair pricing. Scheduling was easy and their reminder text service is very handy for busy and forgetful people. Ample parking. Also, I must add, the in room skylights are a pleasant touch. A+.

Jeanette in the front office is amazing! Even though they did not have an opening until January for new patients, she put me on the list in case there was sooner opening. She asked for all of my transfer X-rays and did the paperwork as I had two different previous dentist. I got all of my paperwork in and there was an opening today! So I got in and I really love the beautiful room window and skylight of the Redwoods! They are all very efficient there! Looking forward to great service continuing all around :-).

I love this office! All of the girls are incredible & lovely. They all make me feel so welcomed when I come in. It’s like walking into Cheers where everybody knows my name.Lynnet is my dental hygienist now and she does the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. I actually have never had a cleaning like she does to me now. My old dentist used to do my cleanings and they were fast. Speed does not make for a thorough cleaning. I didn’t know.Lynnet was gentle and caring. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Before my cleaning I had a consult with Dr. Perkins and I was immediately at ease with his demeanor and humor. His examination was detailed and made perfect sense. Lucky for me, I did not need a lot of work done but he gave me the option of getting rid of the old mercury filling they used to use a lot in the 80’s. The equipment he has made this procedure safe for all of us. That old mercury stuff is toxic. I’m so happy to have it gone. My teeth look so much better and are going to last forever now!

Much like anyone who’s had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I was very nervous when it came to finding a new one. After doing my research and asking around I was impressed by the many positive reviews Dr. Perkins office has received and decided to give them a try. This is now my 2nd year as a patient of Dr. Perkins and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I’m continually amazed by the caring and highly informative communication, extra attention to detail, and the kind and helpful staff. I have been with Dr. Perkins for over 14 years. I cannot imagine anyone else working on my teeth. Yesterday, 4/28/20 I had a tooth that needed immediate attention and Dr. Perkins was able to see me. They took the utmost precautions during this trying time of the pandemic. Over the years, there has been some turn over in staff, however each and every member of the team has been fantastic. As I tell them when I see them, “They get my teeth so clean, it motivates me to take better care of my teeth in between cleanings!” I am blessed to have found success a caring, professional, all around amazing group to keep my whole mouth happy. Besides them complaining that i was 5 minutes late and not explaining that i would only get half my teeth cleaned and wait 2 weeks to get the rest done, it was clean, great technology and high competence. now if only i could tell the pathogenic bacteria on my right side to stay away from my left side for 2 weeks!

I’ve been on this planet for a while now, lived in countries other then the US for short periods of time, a couple of years here and there, been to several dentist in other states and countries and (here comes the corny part) Ive never had such a positive experience going to the dentist, I dont consider going to the dentist a good time. But Dr. Perkins is like a Jedi dentist slash engineering dentist slash and a professional. He takes the time to explains things and shows pictures of what was before and what he did after. And of course lets not forget his wonderfull staff.

Wonderful staff! I am a new patient and I felt welcomed coming into his office. I was greeted by name and with a handshake. Jeff was very considerate. I am so impressed with Dr. Perkins and his knowledgeable staff. They were able to fit me in last minute for a consultation and same day cleaning. During the consolation, I was walked through the 3D images of my teeth, jaw, and skull. It was nice to have a dentist be so thorough and go through in detail why he looks at certain areas and sinuses in the skull and jaw. It was a great! When it came to the cleaning, Ana was very friendly and professional, my teeth felt and looked great afterward. I have very sensitive teeth, so much so that I cant even drink cold water. They were very accommodating and did everything in their power to ensure I was comfortable. In addition to the cleaning and consultation, Dr. Perkins fit me in that same afternoon to seal my teeth! This review is for the customer service not the actual dentist it self. My appointments were scheduled out months away which I found inconvenient but understanding. When making an appointment for my son I informed the receptionists that I did not want to have an X-ray on my son (9 year old) and she told me they wouldnt even give him a cleaning without an X-ray which I found odd and sure it wasnt necessary. I called another dentist more near my home to find out an X-ray was not necessary. I just felt like I was a bother and thats not good customer service.
