Was just at the pharmacy, I couldn’t believe that both of the pharmacists were using their masks as chin guards. They only pulled them up when they were talking to customers. I am disappointed because I thought that Walgreens had high standards for their employees
Realized after I got there that I forgot my wallet, we were staying at a hotel and both of my kids were coughing up a storm. It was almost closing time and I knew I wouldn’t make it back to the hotel and store before they closed. After using some of my rewards points, they covered the rest of my balance!! I was so appreciative, thank you Walgreens, it allowed us to all get a little sleep that night!
I’ve almost always used Walgreens pharmacies, and never had a bad nor great experience, until recently. After 15 minutes of bumbling around their computer system, they told me my insurance is no longer accepted there. Not their fault, but wasted 15 minutes of my day to get to that conclusion. And then didn’t offer to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, and we’re very rude when I called later to have it transferred. Something that could’ve been a 5 minute trip ultimately took hours and multiple phone calls before I had my prescription in hand, (from a different pharmacy).

Only issues have been with photo center online duplicating orders that have already been paid for and picked up. I blame online more so than the store location.
