I am a current customer, actually my son is. Im the parent. I think everything about Schmidtke is nice, the doctor, the staff but they could really use to improve their scheduling. Every time my son has went in for an appointment (after his braces were put on) the wait time in the waiting room is 30-60 minutes! I havent scheduled an appointment in months for that reason. The actual appointment usually takes 15 minutes but we have to wait in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes just for that 15 minute appointment! I have expressed my concerns many time, I have also been to the clinic in Hortonville and Appleton and it doesnt make any difference. My husband and I run a small business and we make money by the hour like they do but when your waiting an hour and then you have to pay for the visit, it costs us a mitt full!! Please do something about this! It seems once they got the down payment and the braces were on it changed. I guess they figure we have no choice then but to wait since no other orthodontic doctor will take him.

Dr. Schmidtke and his staff are very professional and personable. They took time to listen to all of my questions and make sure that I understood everything. They were extremely friendly and supportive of my child and acknowledged any concerns my child had. I am tremendously impressed with Dr. Schmidtke and his abilities and have full confidence in him. He treated my child like one of his own. His compassion and care was so evident and he gave all of his time to make sure we were comfortable. I could not more strongly recommend Schmidtke Orthodontics.
