Kay is very friendly, knowledgeable in multiple massage techniques, and professional. She explained everything she was doing and could pinpoint tense and tight areas that I wasnt even aware of until she started working them. With combining cup therapy and deep tissue, Kay gave me a deep yet gentle massage which helped relieve a lot of my muscular tightness. She is very honest in her recommendations for follow up frequency. I plan to continue seeing her to aid in my muscular and injury recovery.

Kay is a miracle worker! She has helped me numerous times, and even managed to fix two chronic pain issues I was having (for YEARS), one that even involved nerve compression. Ive been going to her for 2yrs now and I never cease to be amazed (and GRATEFUL!) at just how good she is at figuring out the root of the problem and solving it.
