Well,I can say, my Daughters been a patient of Dr. Angela Sargeant, for years!!Shes ALWAYS loved to go see Dr Sargeant.. And, REALLY??!?.MY Daughter, would be excited for, and look forward to, her next Appointment!!Also?! This particular clinic, The Ascension Medical group, on N Richmond St, in Appleton, WI!?!They e always had a walk-in clinic, lab services, etc.. And, now? They have an Eye Dr, also, inside this one clinic.Weve ALWAYS been treated well, whenever I have taken my daughter here, no matter what for!!Thank you, Ascension!! Naomi P.

I am a bit nervous when I go to the doctor as are many others but after I am there Dr. Sargeant and her staff make me feel welcome and put all my fears at ease by listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. I always feel better informed and confident about my healthcare after my visit. I am thankful for the staff and Dr. Sargeant and the quality of care I receive.

Dr. Sargeant is an awesome doctor & listens to any concerns & helps to address them. All other staff are very helpful as well

Dr. Sargeant has been a wonderful doctor for me. She always takes the time to explain things to me and is very knowledgeable. Staff is always so nice and helpful.

Angela Sargents is Easy to talk to

I decided to try acupuncture with this DO. I went for a general well-being treatment as I had no real complaints. Angela then documented that I had back pain which caused me to be charged me for a whole new exam which was never even performed. I requested them to change the billing as it was inaccurate... Several months later and long story short, it is patients word against her word and charges were not reversed. As a healthcare professional myself, I was very disappointed at the lack of integrity in order to make a few bucks at the patients expense. The antithesis of healthcare...

Staff has absolute lack of respect for patients. I wasted weeks and over 2 hrs of my time (almost an hour drive each way from New Holstein) and they refused my appointment because I was 6 min late.And lets be real, I was NEVER going to see the doctor at the appointment time anyways, it ALWAYS takes 30 min to an hour from an appointment time before one actually ever sees the doctor... on a good day!The receptionist seemed almost giddy to tell me I would have to reschedule. I didnt bother. I dont need to see THIS doctor, or even a doctor with Ascension.
