I havent even begun to have work done and Im so upset with the office staff I dont know what to do. I set up a just a consolation with the understanding it was a consolation, no charge. When I left I was charged a ridiculous amount. I asked for the office manager to call me, of course no call back. The I get an estimate of the cost and it could be in a foreign language, cant make heads or tells out of what the over $5000.00 they want to change is for. How can you trust the doctor when you cant trust the office staff? Dont know what to do, if I start over with some one else I will be out what they have already over charged me.

Dr Jumes and his staff did a great job of making my periodontic surgery comfortable and successful!

The billing staff at Valley Periodontics are not at all helpful or friendly. I am sorely disappointed with the service I have received from them. My experience there was also fraught with one mistake after another. Will not go back.
