Very kind and helpful. Professional. A breath of fresh air in the hell-scape that is American healthcare. Its kinda like this place shows us how the entire healthcare system should be in the US, instead of crippling people with debt and expenses. This place literally saved my life for a 20 dollar co-pay.

Went there for the first time yesterday with an extremely damaged tooth. Was called back right away. The staff was very pleasant and thorough. Explained everything from start to finish. 24 hrs after extraction and I feel like a million bucks. Thank you

I went there yesterday to get a tooth taken out. Honestly I never had this much pain at all all the other times I went there to get a tooth pulled. I get that its a school but these students should know what tools theyre suppose to use on shorten teeth before they even start working on real people mouths. The so call dentist that I had she wasnt ready to work on real people mouths. She couldnt use the proper tools to pull out my tooth also she messed up alot of my front teeth and my jaw. I Barely can eat, drink or talk at this point. I went in to get one of my back teeth taken out but Im in alot more pain than when i went in there. The actual professional that came and pulled my tooth bc the student couldnt thanks for doing that I really do appreciate it. You saved me from suffering even more and giving me lesser recovery time with my jaw since she destroyed my jaw even tho it didnt need to be destroyed also my front teeth. I probably have tmj now bc of her

Very disgusting. Called to ask was it okay for me to walk in at 12:45 I was told yes but then still she asked my name so I gave it to the person over the phone she then looks me up then goes to tell me if I come in today there would t be a guaranteed I’ll be seen so would I just like to reschedule? I explained to her I’m I pain badly and that I need to see somebody she then transfer me over to someone called “JJ” (how professional is that) Jj gets on the phone ask me what’s the problem but then hangs up ….. I called back numerous of times just to ask if I can get put on the list if someone cancels well today im taking a nap with my baby thinking im getting a call by them saying someone canceled and I can come in but instead JJ is on the line telling me I may not come to my appointment tomorrow and that he has canceled my appointment … Black lives don’t matter I see here at all cause I didn’t do a thing to be treated in such disgusting way I also have all calls recorded

I had extreme pain and needed 2 teeth pulled. I am terrified of the dentist but the staff at tri County Dental made me feel so much better. They were so kind and compassionate. They took great care of me and got me feeling so much better. I cant remember her name for sure but I think it was something like Dr. Claire she was awesome and so so very nice and also the oral surgeon he was so great too! I could go on and on but they do a great job and I couldnt be happier with the care I received! They are very much appreciated for all they do! 😊

They were extremely nice and kind. I was unaware that they only did emergency dental for adults but they were very professional and used really high quality equipment. They look at the area in pain and fix that particular area. 10/10. Would go again.Dont be scared. Its not too bad.They might be a little uneducated about your medical regimen so be prepared to explain yourself.

I had two teeth pulled yesterday one a wisdom and one bottom molar, the wisdom one went great but the bottom one I literally felt everything they were doing in my mouth it was so painful and when I got to the point I couldn’t take it anymore the doctor walked over and said “that’s the best that it gets dear” like oh well almost and then being that the wisdom hole was so big you would have thought they would have stitched it up, no they left it completely wide open... and on top of everything else they didn’t give me any type of pain medication and pretty much just sent me on my way. Now I am on day 1 of healing doing the Tylenol and ibeuprofen and I’ve got to say my pain hasn’t gotten any better.

I found it very uncomfortable as a mother that I was not allowed to accompany my 6 year old to his appointment. Not sure if that is normal dentistry policy or not, but it made me feel very uncomfortable.

What a joke i call to get info on my other halfs behalf and the lady was rude as hell and hung up on me i wouldnt waste my time if they are gonna treat people like this

Best possible Dental visit for my 5 year old! From the moment we walked into the door everyone was polite as well as professional. Would recommend!

Creepy male dentist made me feel extremely uncomfortable with comments towards me and unwanted touching.

Was out of my mind scared to get 3 teeth pulled but everyone was extremely nice and made sure I was ok and wasn’t in pain and really grateful for what they did.

Had my second visit today, my first was by appointment but the second was a walk in, had a great experience both times, idk why people keep giving them bad reviews the staff are great, everyone is super nice, yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but they are trying there best and the oral surgeon and staff was great both times so i have zero complaints.

Everyone is always so kind and caring. They go above and beyond with their paitents. I was there yesterday and they closed right after I left. I was waiting for my ride and one of the receptionists who was pulling out to leave waited with me until my ride came. I would definitely recommend going here!

Best dental service I have had. Assistant was super helpful and nice, and the dentists were very good at their job. Had 2 wisdom taken out within 30 minutes. I was numb the whole time and felt no discomfort.

Best ever I was a walk in with severe infection I was actually sent over to them from partnership for the infected teeth cause partnership could not get me in any sooner I got there at 7:30 am on a Friday I was taken back by 8:15 am I had 11 teeth pulled that were all broken off at the gum line from years of fighting they were so nice and non judgmental and they made me very comfortable matter of fact they did such a great job I had almost no pain even after the numbing stuff wore off I had no pain at all the only issue I had at all was I developed an ulcer in the cheek which was like a canker sore it was quite annoying I called and they said if it gets too bad or hurts too much too just come in and they would treat it with silver nitrate and cauterize it so they went above and beyond to help me I really do appreciate it too thank you very much tri county dental sincerely James Erickson

Horrible! The staff are very rude and do not care if you are in any pain. I will not be returning as they told a friend of mine they wouldnt see him again because the doctor didnt like how he dressed.

I had to have 7 teeth emergency E. They remover 2 teeth in one day than sent me home for a couple days than brought me back in for the rest. They were all super great the pulling of itself was quick and they made sure I was numb the whole time they communicated with me and ensured I was all set. Excellent service.

Apparently you cant cancel appointments the day of. I called at 9am to cancel my appointment at 3pm but now its a penalty so I wont be able to return. Oh well.. Ive personally had bad experiences here before with my daughter and so have others i know.

I broke a tooth one day and this clinic brought me back within fifteen minutes and did a filling and explained what else needed to be done. For a free clinic that provides preventative services its a blessing to the community. But you should absolutely be a grown up and get your butt some real insurance.

Staff is very nice, as are the dentists who volunteer their time. They explain things clearly so one understands exactly what the options are.My only neg is they numb your mouth with the needle and Novocain and more Novacaine. No gas or sedation is available. Likely it is because its a training facility for dental students. Nonetheless it is my only gripe.Overall- a great option in the community!

Great place to go if youre down on your luck and having dental issues. You cant get major procedures done but its a great help to have access to some basic services for minimal cost.

The staff were skilled and friendly. My extraction was nearly painless and I would recommend them to anyone who needs emergency work done or has children that need dental care.

My almost 2 year old had an accident Sunday night that resulted in a chipped tooth. He hasnt been sleeping or eating well. After one dentist told us it was hopeless, we visited Tri-County Dental and they not only fixed his tooth, they were so kind and encouraging.

If you have a problem this is the place to go to solve it

Best staff ever! I was seen within ~25 minutes of walking in. X-ray was finished in about 3 minutes. What stood out in the experience was Kris Alpers and Lindsey Collins. Kris answered all of my questions with a very professional attitude. He made sure I did not feel any pain other than the lidocaine injections. All I felt was a little pinch. He did a very thorough check after the injections to make sure that the area was completely numb before proceeding with the tooth extraction. What stood out was that he extracted both teeth in only about 10 minutes! Lindsey Collins did a superb job with the suction straw also, always using just the right amount of water and suction. I have had multiple teeth pulled before and this team of professionals are a well oiled tooth pulling machine!

Unprofessional and amateur which begins with their director. They allow the students and volunteers to document their personal, even libelous, opinions of the patient and parents in the patients record which will follow them forever. These comments are subjective and completely irrelevant to the treatment. If you decline fluoride application or request a leaded vest during X-rays, that is noted as being difficult, for instance. This was one of the less harsh comments. I strongly suggest that all patients who have gone to this clinic get copies of their detailed records including the staff notes. You may be shocked and even compelled to pursue legal help.

I have been to many dentists in my life and this place was the all time worst experience. The judgmental attitude and rudeness was something I will never forget. They even made sure to mention how they are donating their time.

This place is amazing my wedding was a fews weeks ago and my smile was not the best but those guys gave me a major blessing that monday the week of my wedding and i travled all the way from Chicago back home to Wisconsin i admitted it i was worried because at first i was comfortable with a chipped tooth and missing tooth next to it but after that vist i havent stopped smiling they might think they gave me smile for the week but this smile of mine gone last a lifetime thank you all the picture of me in my icon ⬆⬆⬆⬆ is the night of my wedding wornout/sleepy but never to tired to smile thank you tri-county seriously this is amazing ps. Got there 10 minutes before close and the doors were locked and the receptionist came over and told us they were closed and I asked to make an appointment and she said no.Been there several times in the past and know others who have, they take 3 times longer than every other dentist, you can only make appointments in person, fillings never let you close your mouth right, and they didnt even supply me with any prescriptions for any meds last time I had teeth pulled and I got horribly infected, and I told them to pull 2 teeth that they didnt and Im still in excruciating pain every day because of these teeth that could have been pulled 7 months ago when they were already in there pulling teeth.

Everybody was very pleasant and very good at what they do!! Thank you to everybody that took care of me!

The first visit was great. The dentist volunteering that day were caring and compassionate. That being said we were scheduled to come back when an oral surgeon was on staff that turned out to be a nightmare. My 16 year old was crying from pain due to the lack of novocain used. When she told them she was in pain they ignored her plea. They also allowed 2 different students to TRY to extract the tooth which they broke numerous times. The student that was alllowed to suture her gum closed stated she didnt know how to do it and ripped the gum numerous times. The stiches came out before the day was over due to the lack of supervision by the Dr. In charge. Needless to say I had to take her to another facility to fix the damaged this place caused. You would have better care at your veterinarian .

My daughter had her first dental appointment today with tricounty and was scared to say the least. Jodi, i bekieve her name was took the extra time to show my daughter all thr tools they used and walked her through the process of what they would be doing. The extra time they took and thd patience and good attitude meant the world to us. Doctor Mack was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and talked to my daughter and addressed her and answered her questions and ours. This was such a positive experience and we look forward to coming back. Thank you all.

This place is horrible. I went in in excruciating pain to the walk in at 7:30. At 9:30 i went and asked when i could be seen cuz i couldnt take the pain anymore. They said they take appts first and walk ins could wait all day for an opening. This is crazy and i demanded my co pay back so i could just go to the er. Dont come here. They are horrible

I know some people complain about this place. But I have been going here for years. And they always take really good care of me. Today I had my two front teeth restored. Yes they are limited to what they can do here.. they are a dental school and insurance doesnt cover much. But Dr Tiffany did an amazing job today! And they staff was so nice. And the dental assistants were awesome. Thank you tri county dental!! Thank you so much.
