I have never been made to feel so comfortable at a dentist. They eased any and all anxiety I had and took care of the problem. All the staff are extraordinarily professional and conduct themselves with impeccable bedside manner. Thank you.

Ive always had good experiences with Dentists, but didnt now much about Apple Town Dentistry, so tried them out because they were close to my house. The office was clean, welcoming, and staff was friendly. On phone while scheduling and during check in and check out. I felt comfortable during exam and I was able to ask questions and trust I could get those answered. I was very happy and glad we chose them. OH, they also had healthy snacks in the fridge, LOVE that! :)

My 4 year old son and I went for a visit today. The staff was so incredibly great with having cartoons on for my son during my cleaning, letting him help with the sucker thing, and making him feel great abut his own teeth. Its awesome when a dentist can make your child excited to go in for a cleaning!

AMAZING STAFF!!! My son was coming from out of town for Thanksgiving. Apple Town Dental made accommodations to fit my son in. They were extremely friendly and extremely thorough. I will for sure be referring them and using them myself.

I had the most Pleasant experience here. I was there with my little girl and everyone was very sweet. Dr. Smith is very precise and super kind and funny as well. All the staffs are amazing there. You will know what I mean when you go there! What else can you expect more at the dentis! Absolutely pleased with my visit! Highly recommended for sure!

There are five of my family members getting care here. Not one has complained of any pain or bad experience with the dentist. They answer all your questions and always check up on all of us after work is done. The follow through with beginning to the end. We wouldnt choose any other dental facility. I am sometimes very hesitant to go to a dentist office, but this was a wonderful experience. From the front desk to Dr. Smith this is a professional, friendly, and wonderful clinic. If you need a dentist this is the place to go.

I havent seen a dentist in over 3 years due to hating the dentist so I was nervous and wasnt sure what to expect. I am SO GLAD I went with Apple Town Dental Care. Ive only had a couple appointments thus far and will need more to get my teeth back to being healthy. I am certain that Dr. Smith and his team are the key to this. They genuinely care about the well-being of your teeth and you as a person. They are there to help and everyone is also super friendly. Recently, I had a treatment done on a severely infected tooth and a few hours later, the receptionist called me to check up on how I was doing. Later in the evening, Dr. Smith also personally reached out to me via phone and wanted to make sure there were no issues with my tooth. It was unexpected since the receptionist had already called but this just goes to show that they truly do care for their patients and want the best for them. I highly recommend Apple Town Dental Care if youre looking for kind, caring and genuine people who are experts and professionals at taking care of your teeth!

Have been there twice and will never go back. Both times the dentist didn’t give me the time of day. Horrible bedside manner. I had a legitimate concern that was not addressed because my insurance “didn’t have benefits”

I was in severe tooth pain so I called Dr.Smith. My tooth was cracked and had a huge infection. Dr Smith and his staff were so very concerned, they wanted to see me in that day. They could not pull the tooth because it was so infected but he would numb it too help relieve some of the pain. My face was very swollen and was warm to the touch. Dr Smith and his staff made arrangements for me to go see my Dr and get a shot of antibodies because he was concerned it could spread to my blood stream. That is how bad of an infection. Dr Smith and his staff may have saved my life that day. The next day, the infection went down and they were able to pull the tooth. Dr Smith and his staff are so professional and really concerned about their patients. Even though I had a horrible experience because of my tooth pain, Dr Smith and his staff helped create a wonderful experience by relieving me from pain. I highly recommend you go visit him and his staff. But go regularly so you dont end up like me. Thanks Dr Smith!!!!
