She was kind and patient from the first phone conversation to smoothly moving me through the entire front end experience. Jess was attentive and bubbly, and Dr. Emily Ruthven was calm, gentle, and very kind.The whole experience was great for someone nervous in the dentists chair. Dr. Emily Ruthven and the staff at North Appleton Dentistry are amazing. I have been going here for a couple of years. I recently brought my youngest daughter to North Appleton Dentistry since she had a unpleasant experience at another location. At first she was scared but then became very excited because of Stella! She went back all by herself and when she was finished she walked out with a smile. She really enjoyed her experience and is actually looking forward to going back.

Not only did the amazing professionals at North Appleton Dentistry do a fantastic job with cleanliness and social distancing, they also knocked the dental service out of the park. They were very polite and professional, accurate in their work, and reassuring while discussing treatment options. Pleasant dental office. They have taken care of my teeth for a long time and have helped me to repair years of neglect prior to becoming a patient.They work well with my insurance and are generally a pleasant place to work with.

Fantastic service! All staff I met with were quick, friendly and incredibly helpful. Dr. Nelson was the most informative and thorough medical professional I have ever met with. They took the time to make sure all services were approved by my insurer and explained the process in detail. I was really impressed and will make Dr. Nelsons practice.

Dr. Nelson has been my density since roughly 2008. I had a horrific experience with my previous dentist, but with Dr. Nelson I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. I like that he knows my name, does an ultrasonic cleaning, and follows it with a polish every 6 months. He takes extra time to ask me if eveything feels and looks okay before I leave. His office provides a genital cleaning and they are proactive with any issue that arise. The staff is warm and welcoming. I have yet to find better service anywhere else.

It was great with Dr. Nelson. Now I am looking for a new dentist for me and my children.

Ive been going to see Dr. Nelson for about fifteen years now, and I love the service I get. The only reason I would ever change is if I more of if they go out of business. I never have an excessive wait time and they are always very informative when I have questions or issues.
