This place is amazing! Super friendly staff! Very friendly & knowledgeable Chiropractors! They have massage chairs while you’re waiting to unwind from the day, also wobble chairs to loosen your lower lumbar and comfortable traction bars for your neck! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Gateway has been amazing! They have helped me in so many ways. In my time since starting care, they have made sure I understand the processes and they made sure they knew what my goals were so they could customize a plan for my needs. The entire staff is kind and professional and makes you feel welcome.

The docs are always friendly and professional. I suffer with carpal tunnel, tendonitis and arthritis. I was to the point where I couldnt sleep at night due to pain/swelling/numbness. On a scale of 1-10, I was at a 7. With my treatment here I feel it may be more like a 2 now. I strongly recommend gateway. Been to other chiros, gateway is the best.

When I first came here I could hardly move and was in constant pain and struggled to breathe. After a few visits not only did I get the range of motion back but was pain free for days at a time and no longer struggling to breathe. The staff is outstanding and super nice. I tell everyone I know about how well they took care of my back issues.

Amazing! Everyone is very helpful and take the time to make sure you understand short term and long term benefits. They also help you understand why you may be experiencing discomfort and how to correct the problem through adjustments and exercise.

I do not care for services here since I did not feel anything was individualized at all. They did the exact same thing every day. No evaluation to see what my body needed that week. They were very pleasant with great workshops but I am done there.

I have been going into Gateway chiropractic for a while now and I have been doing so much better. My spine is staying in line so I am not in so much pain in my back anymore. I was in a car accident & started having headaches 2 times a day or more. I do t have them like that any more. I have been feeling so much better. Life is good. Yes...scare tactics. They set up a long plan to maximize their profits based on what insurance covers. Then they convinced me to pay my out of pocket portion up front when I terrified about how bad my prognosis was. So then I was hooked. I soon realized they do this to everyone. After my year long treatment, they tried to scare me into a maintenance plan or else things would get bad again. They fooled me once. I didnt fall for the maintenance plan scare tactic. Get a second opinion before giving them a dime.

The nervous system is the most important part of being healthy adult or child. I enjoy coming to the chiropractor and especially Gateway Chiropractor. The staff is friendly, informative and willing to help.

I have been going to Gateway Chiropractic for a few years now. Over time, my back pain and quality of life have noticeably improved, thanks to my adjustments! The enitre staff is very flexible and very friendly. They do a great job of explaining what chiropractic adjustment is and their costs (I never feel surprised by a bill), and work with my insurance to help save me money, but dont pressure you into a care plan. Wonderful! I wont be leaving anytime soon.

Friendly customer service. They got me in on a same day appointment because I’m out of town and had whiplash since Saturday’s accident. Went 2 nights with pain killers and little sleep. Be careful. After completing a 3 month rehabilitation process and some additional maintenance with the doctors at Gateway, I remained even more skeptical than the first day I walked in. There was spinal improvement, but please seek a second professional opinion on all their diagnoses and recommendations. Their methods are dangerously laced with scare tactics, charm, and easy payments. Front reception is extraordinary sweet and inviting, as are the doctors. It is very easy to fall into a trap of suspension of disbelief, especially considering the staff at Gateway believes what they preach (having good intentions). However, my impression and experience was that Gateway generally fails to provide true objective evidence to their claims; not just in chiropractic care, but in areas of nutrition and vaccination through their distributed propaganda and seminars. I support and agree with chiropractic care, but what Gateway sells is something different. Everyone has a problem that only they can fix. There is enough embedded truth not to question them; but clearly from their popularity and handful of online positive reviews, many have clearly bought into this. For my family its not worth the risk and will be taking our chiropractic care somewhere else.

The whole atmosphere of Gateway is very welcoming, starting with all the ladies who are happy to greet you when arriving at the clinic and continues on to meeting with the actual chiropractor. The doctors really seem to go above and beyond with continual education on not only chiropractic care but other topics that have helped me to change to a healthier lifestyle for myself.

Scare tactics, hidden charges. Claim to be a Christian place. The only comparison to that is, they both have their collection plates out and you have no idea what the money is going for. Align chiropractic Neenah is a much better more friendly place.

While the doctors may have been nice, their scare tactics and excessive visits left a bad taste in my mouth. It was very, very expensive to take my whole family in there. And I question why an individual needs 60 visits. I go to a chiropractor in Green Bay now and after just a dozen visits, was told that if you need to come in for a visit, by all means do so, but theres no need for twice a week visits. Youll never hear that at Gateway. Also, BEWARE!!:. DO NOT get into a hole with a large outstanding balance owed to Gateway. They routinely send peoples bills to collections and they charge interest on that unpaid balance, so it takes forever to pay it down to a zero balance.
