My experience so far has been first rate. The medical staff and Dr. Kagen are as good as they get imo. I highly recommend them to anyone suffering with allergies.

Office opens at 1:30 on Monday afternoon. We arrive at 1:30 to do paperwork for a 2:00 appointment. At 2:35 we are still waiting so we left. Not sure if the problem resides in scheduling or the staff itself. Either way, dont waste your time. Apologies dont make up for the time and $$$ lost due to incompetence.This was not the first time this happened, but it definitely will be the last.

I was referred to dr. Kagan by my primary care physician. I have been seeing dr. Kagan for over a year now. Yes sometimes I have to wait because hes giving proper care to others sometimes people have to wait because hes giving proper care to me. I find him to be a man of integrity as well as his staff. I have been frustrated and disappointed by the healthcare system of late. I can tell you that Steve kagen has never let me down and is always willing to share his knowledge and explain things so that you understand them. I left his office feeling confident that he had my best interest at heart and truly cared about his patients and his practice as well as his staff. A very friendly atmosphere. I believe a lot of other healthcare professionals could learn from his example.

They took their time explaining to both my kids and husband what was going on and what allergies is and does to thier bodies. My daughter came home with a educational coloring book and was very excited to share with me.
