Terrible pharmacy. They are absolutely no help if there is a problem with a prescription - they dont care if you live or die.

This is my top choice for pharmacy in the Apple Valley area. The staff is the best! Thomas is one of those healthcare professionals that treats his patients with respect and concern. Nice choice of over-the-counter meds when I need them. Plenty of parking and the store is very clean! Ill be back!

After holding for more than fifteen minutes (again) while the girl checked to verify that my medications did indeed go out for delivery yesterday, I was reassured that the medications, in fact, had been dispensed and sent out to be delivered to my home yesterday. Half an hour before closing I was told that they had NOT been dispensed and would NOT be delivered yesterday. Had I been correctly informed in the morning, I could have gone to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. But having been lied to, I was unable to get my medications. Since when are multiple calls necessary in order to get a single correct answer??

Ive been going here for years...so has my family..Thomas (the owner) is an amazing guy..always helpful...but ever since this new guy by the name of bill has been working there it has been nothing but troubles. He lies to patients, isnt helpful, and honestly..doesnt seem like he knows what he is doing....please if bill is there dont even bother going in.

The service on the counter is horrible I stood there for a few minutes as this lady fumbled around in the back looked right through me and then as other people came in she actually looked around me and ask them if they were here to pick up. Very rude.

I wouldn’t even give one star, but I had too in order to write a review. I have private insurance, so I have to pay copays. I get a pain medication as well as several other meds for blood pressure. Thomas told me I have to refill all my meds at the same time in order to get my pain med filled. Which I didn’t feel was right. He was charging me $50 one month, then $60 the next month, $40 the next month for my copay on my pain med. Very inconsistent. I asked him and his staff if they were running my meds thru my insurance. They always said yes. I finally called my insurance company to ask about the copay. Come to find out, Thomas never ran my pain med thru my insurance. Apparently, he was charging me whatever he wanted. I switched to Walgreens where my copay for my pain med is only $15. Thomas is very unprofessional. That’s no way to run a pharmacy.

Ive had great service here for over a year, the staff is very friendly and Thomas is a great pharmacist.

Don’t even bother trying to feel your pain meds here. They have no clue on how it feels to be in extreme pain. Stop the lies and just be honest so you don’t have to answer to god one day.

On hold ....hung up on , called back, got hung up on again , 3 rd call asked for a Pharmacist... now going on hold for 20 minutes ..... unprofessional service.

Thomas is the best, the pharmacist is the one that makes the place and he goes above and beyond
