Our 16 year old daughter saw Dr. Peterson a few months ago for some testing. I informed Dr. Peterson to let me know as soon as the results were in so I could give them to her therapist. It was over two months and I still couldnt get the written results from the test. When I called Dr. Peterson to ask for these results so her therapist could see them, he didnt get back to me for over a week. I then called the office manager, twice, who refused to call me back. When Dr. Peterson finally contacted me back, he informed me that the written results he had done have been ready for a few weeks, but he didnt know what I wanted to do with them. After two months of waiting we finally were able to get her test results, which her therapist read and informed me that she has to be retested because they didnt give her the right tests. I felt this was handled poorly with no communication considering this is a councilor center for young adults with issues.

I went saw a excellent provider at Oak Ridge Center for close to 8 years who made a incredible impact on my life. I believe he has since retired however I would highly recommend this clinic as I’m sure all their providers are just as great! The front desk staff always treated me with the upmost respect and privacy. I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic and the provider I saw for many years here.

Love my provider! Very knowledgeable, flexible, and understanding... which is very much appreciated especially during the COVID pandemic.Never had an issue with the front staff; theyve always been professional.

I love my provider but every time I leave a message for her kerrie the office manager calls me back. I had a question about my meds and what she was telling me disnt make sense so I asked her to double check with my provider. She ended up yelling at me telling me if I sont like their service to go somewhere else and hung up on me. Not very professional to say the least. When I told my provider what happened she didnt respond. I guess this is why their reviews are so low

Ive had nothing but friendly and helpful interactions with the front desk staff. The therapist has been helping my dad. Very happy. Would recommend.

Staff are helpful, receptive, and very respectful. My doc moved to this facility a couple years ago and I have nothing bad to say about the environment. Its a nice, newly renovated building...very serene atmosphere. Love it.

Worst place ever. Repeated calls straight to voice mail. When someone does answer they say the psychiatrist will call and never do. Been months of trying and no one cares. This is risking peoples lives. Choose somewhere else

Im very happy with the staff here. My therapist Kip LeMay is awesome, he specializes with folks like myself who have PTSD/CPTSD/Trauma as well as ADHD. Non-judgemental and is a master as non-violent communication. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Jill, the psychiatrist/nurse practitioner is great, shes not just looking to dispense meds, she genuinely listens and wants to help.

My provider left, was not informed. Called and was told Id be contacted. They never called back, even knowing I was out of my medication. Went in person, was basically told to go away as it wasnt their problem my provider left. Offered no help finding a new provider. Its laughable.I should also add, clinics were I was never a patient were more helpful in finding a new provider than Oak Ridge.

Ive been here several times and not once was Dr. Lutzwick ready for me at my scheduled time. Ive scheduled my appointments for first thing in the morning in an effort to ensure that other patients meetings going long dont affect me. This lead me to discover that it wasnt long meetings, it was the doctor showing up for work a half hour late every day.

Front desk staff is is ok at best. Same issues as many stated, sometimes rude. They blame you for not giving enough notice for refills. Been left over holidays and weekends without meds. Love my doctor, otherwise your office would be a no go. What are you doing to fix the environment?

Decided to update my previous review. My prescriber also left and I was not notified. Not too upset about it, as giving any indication of wanting to up a dosage would send her into a tailspin not to mention long talks about drug seeking behavior.Yes I am seeking drugs - and at the correct dosage for my needs.Luckily I was referred to a more senior member of the staff and he seems to be understanding of the fact that Im not a 120 lb girl. For this I shall bestow 3 stars, instead of 2. I also second the fact that the staff aught to be a bit friendlier. What is it with healthcare of any kind and grumpy receptionists?

My prescriber left and they didnt bother telling me. They also didnt call back when I asked if there was someone else I could see, even after saying they would check and let me know. I guess they didnt? I may never find out.

My prescriber left Oak Ridge Center and I was not notified. I called to set up an appointment with her to refill my prescription and they finally notified me that she was no longer there. I tried setting up an appointment with a different person and they told me they are no longer taking any new clients?!?!?!? IM NOT A NEW CLIENT, IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 9 YEARS!! So, Im left with no refill prescription on a medication I have to take daily and also left with no doctor or place to go where they have my charts and information. THIS PLACE SUCKS! DONT GO TO OAK RIDGE CENTER!!

This place is total bullshit! Please do not go here, they will steal your money and overcharge you for unnecessary testing. It took me a month to get me properly diagnosed with add. In the past I was diagnosed with depression and given ssris . SSRIs do not work for me and I requested not to be prescribed one. When I came back for treatment they gave me lexapro which is a SSRI. F**k these guys!

Very rude on the phone when trying to make an appointment. Should have friendlier staff when dealing with patients who may have anxiety or depression.

Oak ridge called to cancel and reschedule 3 separate appointments that were each scheduled a month and a half in advance. The providers then left the center causing the cycle to start again. I havent been seen in 9 months due to horrible scheduling. Front desk staff are rude and unable to answer basic questions.
