This by far has to be the worst experience I have had with this office. If I could screenshot how many times I have called, been placed on hold, called again and been disconnected, Ill tell you 19 times Ive called from 350 pm to 415 pm today with no response from the medical assistant or representative there. How is this office still functioning after seeing all the 1 star reviews. I had a emergent situation, not emergency but emergent something that required immediate attention after calling numerous times days before and this is the treatment your patients received. Totally disappointed in this facility and Team. How many MAs, LVNs work at this facility to where you cant even answer the phone smh.

This was the worst experience ever!! My appointment was at 215pm and it’s 320 and I’m still waiting. I prefer Dr. sharma in Victorville and I would never say yes to this location again!! Their front office people are on their cell phones, look like they rolled out of bed and came straight to work, the wait is unbearable. This is unacceptable. My daughter is sick, she’s coughing, running a fever and we have waited over an hour. I should have taken her to the ER that copay would’ve at least been worth it. I will never come here again and I may even consider an new pediatrician!!!

Ive only been there twice with my newborn and the first time was great but the second time i must say im not very happy. If your going to tell someone that there child needs some sort of medicine and that you will prescribe it then why didnt it get done that day? If it was my health i wouldnt care but im not very happy with them due to the fact that there messing with my childs health now and also wasting my time by driving to a pharmacy to make me look stupid. Get it together.
