Outside of waiting for awhile, once you got back there it went very quick. Ladies were real nice and very helpful.

Only had 1 nurse and I believe the gentleman was the Dr? But they were extremely efficient and the wait to be seen was no longer than normal. Very polite and professional.

Had to get fingerprinted for my job. I was able to make an appointment in the evening to be seen the next morning. Staff was pleasant and there was no wait. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

The service was wonderful, I got there sign in and was helped in no time. The wait time was not bad, the rep helped me immediately with a smile.

Would have been nice to also get an email copy of the results or to have the “covid result” filled in with typed text rather than pen as the Delta Airlines agents at the Atlanta airport questioned the paperwork, but once they called the lab and heard the number was legit, no issues.

Very busy place. They do covid testing here at $130 a pop. Better have good insurance. Staff is friendly but overworked. Make sure to bring a mask and hand sanitizer as there was about 10 people waiting while I was there for 20 minutes for finger prints.

Went in for a pre-employment drug screen, one person ahead of me, three of us in lobby total. Person in front of me was in and out, but I waited for almost one full hour before being seen. I have done pre-employment screenings at this location previously (even pre-COVID) and they are always slow to get you in. Once you are back in the lab things move pretty quickly.

Went in, got my Covid nasal swab test and was out in 30-40 minutes with the result. They dont bill insurance directly, so Ill have to go and get reimbursed. Id likely come back here again if I need to take a future test. Staff was friendly.

As another healthcare professional, I was disheartened by the lack off proper PPE and spacial distancing at the lab. Also, the lab technicians had awful use of PPE as they chose when to don and doff masks with poor technique and giving results to people without it on and touching the front of their masks. The test was fast, but I couldnt get out of there faster.
