Second bad experience with PA Andrea. Im back today 09/29/21 to try again to get a referral to a dermatologist for the skin cancer eating at my nose. When I tried last month and showed her the lesion on my nose she said, I dont see anything. She asked me, how do I know its cancer? I said because Ive had it before and showed her the scars. I left with no referral. Today she denied all of that. She acted like I was lying about my never receiving a referral. She chastised me and treated me like Im a liar. She said, youve had the referral since last month. If that were true she wouldnt have to do it again today it would already be in effect! I didnt detect an ounce of caring just scolding and BS! You are rude and disrespectful Andrea! I will definitely be asking for a different PA or perhaps the elusive Dr Jones himself. On second thought, no thanks!

PA Andrea is so rude from the moment I met her. I kept hoping would get better and nope so finally my last visit I switched Facility. I should’ve switched few years ago.

Perfect name for this Doctor is he is a komoto dragon. Fired him in 2010 and his name wont go away. He must be friends with other doctor,s one named Mark, another name norman and the other Eddie. Never had any of them treat me. And I never will.

He put me on coumadin...BUT never checked my levels! (S/B between 2.0 and 3.0) I was bleeding all out my nose & down my shirt.Last time I seen him he said, Do you take narcotics? I said, NO, NEVER. ALL he had to do s take a blood test--a ho leNext thing, Im sent a certified letter telling me he would not be treating me anymore. WTF dude.

The new p.a is unprofessional rude and inconsiderate how are u gonna just walk out in the middle of seeing a patient especially if ur the one whos new smh very rude will never see her again smh
