Took my wife there the other night. The woman that was at the desk was mean and rude. Snatched the paper work from underneath my wifes arm. My wife is not vaccinated and as soon as she found that out she got real mean with us and told me that I cant wait with her inside. Even though no one else had a problem with it. The lady needs to be fired!!!!

They only let some visitors in... I witnessed this with my own eyes. First I got to listen to each person sign in with their issues and then as I walked to my car and sat down I saw a few go in ... there’s no reason for this mental anguish

Don’t take your loved one here. It’s a nightmare from the minute you walk in. From emergency to the I.C.U. The Nurses don’t know what there doing. They Need more education. The staff is cold and rude. They see death all the time so they have no sympathy for your loved one. They clock in clock out. They due 12 hour shifts. At some point in there shift they just stop caring. They let my brother sugar drop to 14 pats. Before she realized he needed sugar. They keep administering Blood pressure bags instead of monitoring and trying to get your loved one numbers correct. If your at this hospital and reading my review, you and your family are in my prayers. GOD BLESS YOUS.

They do not enforce any kind of social distancing once you are allowed into the emergency room. They sit you directly next to any random patient. Patients and workers are not wearing their mask correctly or at all. You can sit next to random patients but you cannot go outside to get fresh air. Staff was wonderful but there covid-19 guidelines and social distancing are a joke

Four visits in ten years. Three of the visits they quickly diagnosed my problem and treated it very quickly, else I might have died. The other visit was for extreme pain which they treated and relieved in good time. Recently, I arrived after a serious fall with injuries, and couldnt even get in the door because it was crowded with probable non emergency cases. Many people are now using the emergency room as their doctors office, causing the function of emergency care to be subverted.

The staff there is always polite. Havent had an issue at all. I really like how the ER is ran. Sometimes it seems like a mess but its an organized mess. Id definitely rather go here than Victorvalley Global.

I was treated with such kindness and care.. the blonde short haired lady got my IV with no problem and I have small veins. They were all excellent and very professional.. I was scared and they made me feel better.. After surgery the blonde fanned me because I thought I might throw up and it helped me she also gave me pain meds right away and was just so good to me.. They were amazing and I thank God everything went so good and everyone there were so great.. Thank you for treating me so good..God bless you all!!!

Terrible service. apparently they lost me as a patient because they were calling my name elsewhere then my boyfriend had to tell them what i was wearing so they could look for me. even when he told them they didn’t find me and kept asking for me. had the IV for almost two hrs when it had already been done and would’ve probably lasted longer if i didn’t say anything myself. still had the needle on me though. bad experience.

Third world dive, endless waits. Better hope you arent in pain because if your vitals are good... ie; not going to die in their ER, youll sit for 8 hours or more. Incredibly bad welfare dump. What happened St. Marys? You should be ashamed of yourself looking at what a trash facility you have compared to 20 years ago. Welcome to the liberal utopia of Kalifornia!

Arrived at approximately 9 in the morning, was immediately triaged, had blood and urine samples done. Rest of the tests happened within the next 45 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. was thorough in diagnosis. Only thing that took a long time was the discharge papers.

If you must go here please avoid Dr. Lin at all costs. When doing his initial assessments of patients he only wants his questions answered and doesnt listen to things you try to tell him about the patient history even if you feel its relevant to his question. If a patient does something daily for years, and a complication comes twice over a period of months, then that particular activity probably isnt to blame. Also, he will prescribe medications that are not necessarily the first go-to for a symptom even if theres better options or standards. Just because its listed as a potential use doesnt mean its the first resort. And is very defensive if you question anything he says, even if he admits hes not sure. Also, overheard nurses discussing other patients conditions as if it were comical, and making jokes about ones hypertensive condition due to cocaine use. Then continues to say how the blood pressure had been too high for too long so he may be on other drugs like crack or meth because those are completely different than cocaine and last hours and cocaine wears off in like minutes she says.Someone with that little knowledge of drugs shouldnt be allowed to administer drugs. Maybe the side effects dont wear off which is mainly where complications come in for most people. The effects subside leading to premature re-dosing which only continues to escalate the side effects like high blood pressure.Doctors and Nurses who need more education. At least in the ER.
