Dr. Liu is the absolute BEST bone surgeon. He is demanding on perfection and is highly respected in the medical field. QUOTE from E.R. staff: He is like a plastic surgeon with his cuts and sutures.

I get the waiting issues, so it doesnt bother me. People are broken, need help, and it takes time. Dr. Liu and his staff were extremely professional, explained everything in detail, and helped me through the steroid injection into my hip. It was no as painful as your mind can make out, and Dr. Liu was all-in and focused to make it as smooth as possible. It was obvious both the doctor and his staff cared about my well-being, which in the high desert seems more the exception than the rule. This is the first 5-star Ive given out to any doctor up here for anything...

I was seen pretty quickly. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Liu answered my questions and suggested further treatment.

This is the doctor and staff that i would reccomd to anyone in need been going there for a year after dr repaired my hip after a fall. Him and his wonderful staff have always been very polite and helpful thru this past year. All of my other doctors agree with me. Couldnt have gotten a better dr to keep me walking. Thx to all there. A greatful man.

Dr Lui used to be good and had a better demeanor years ago. Currently, his office staff is horrible and needs training on customer service skills and competency in scheduling patients for surgeries when they have other underlying health issues. Dr Lui is notorious, as well, for saying your surgery is at 9am yet will push you back till 3pm even though you are a diabetic and heart patient. He’s done this on several occasions. His office staff needs constant reminding to fax over required papers to do preop; their complaints are “the one that does it is on vacation till next week,””we are understaffed,” and “you can do the preop the day of the surgery.” (Which is erroneous especially if you are on blood thinners.) Last procedure he performed on my sibling left a bruise in shape of handprint; he man-handled her upper arm (he was working on her wrist). Dr Lui yells at hospital staff and anesthesiologist if things aren’t his way. I do not trust this doctor or his staff with the future care of my family or friends.

I really liked the dr, and the staff was friendly, however I just feel like they dropped the ball when it came to him posting his notes so that I may receive copies for my records which is very important to me,

Office staff was rude. Had an appointment for 10:30 am. Asked if I could come back after lunch. They forgot was there.
