Absolute unprofessional office. I have been trying to get answers for my child for a long time now. They do not answer, nor return calls. I have had to physically walk in and ask for information multiple times. I am still currently waiting for ultrasound results. I have yet to receive a call. This is for a child who has been in pain for months. They do not seem to have any care or compassion for patients. It’s very sad that this is all the high desert has to offer for IEHP patients.

Made an appointment for the 28th, showed up and they told me I didnt have an appointment.

Horrible customer service !! Office staff is the worst!!
