Today was my last appointment! had a very good experience with all the ladies that work there. Always got seen in a timely manner. Being considered high risk was scary, but it just meant that i got a little extra attention which really put my mind at ease! the nurses were helpful and straightforward about understanding my body and dealing with contractions. thank you all!

When I called to make the appointment for my second trimester ultrasound I was told I could bring one adult.I come in and they wouldn’t let my husband in. I understand the circumstances regarding Covid but the front office lady was incredibly rude and insensitive. I cried through the whole ultrasound (hormone/anger) and her attitude ruined the whole experience. Any stars at all to directly to the technician and Dr. Brar himself. They were reassuringAnd pleasant.

So this would be a better review but I had a lot of issues with billing. Constantly coding incorrectly and I was getting stuck with HUGE bills. Techs were awesome and very helpful, explained a lot as they were going through. The front staff wasnt the best - my appointment (scheduled over a month in advance) was delayed an hour for an urgent appointment but they didnt actually call and tell me or let me know while I was waiting. Pictures were good and my husband enjoyed the set up they had because he felt really involved and loved that he could see it and that the tech explained things.

My wife was going 2 times a week we loved the place. Never had any issues the staff amazing and friendly. Always felt welcome.

Horrible. The wait wasnt long but the visit was 2 minutes. He seemed uninterested in answering questions in depth and he wants to see me once a month. Im a high risk patient!! Do you know how much can change in a month!! Im not going back. Im looking for another doctor. This was a complete waste of time.

I was referred by my Obgyn. They work with this office. I went in for my NIPT screening. This was my second time attending their office. My first pregnancy I was sent here as well and I wasn’t too fond. This time around it seems the place has declined even more. The lobby is dirty. The front staff have no idea what’s going on w my insurance. Once I was taken back it felt so impersonal. I was rushed to lay down the ultra sound tech was kind but she wasn’t informative AT ALL she read some smnunbers aloud took some blurry pics and they sent me on my way. They wanted to schedule me AGAIN within a few days to return for the results. I am not only nervous due to the fact that it’s the NIPT SCREENING but they have no reassurance or information as to why I am again scheduled. I had to go to my obgyn just to set things straight. Super unprofessional place. Staff is nice but they are highly unorganized and impersonal. Working so closely with pregnant women I suggest they learn some people skills & at least take 5min to learn who their patient is. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Such a useless office. Staff is lazy and the people taking the ultra sound are just so lazy. They do the ultrasound so fast and all of the pictures were really blurry. Im having such a hard time just trying to see if my baby is a boy. Its so sad, honestly dont waste your time going here i highly recommend going somewhere other than this garbage place!!!

My wait at the office was quick, but I was one of the first morning appointments, so that may have helped. I went twice. Staff was kind enough.My issue is their billing practice. I finally got the bill and there is only the option to send in a check (which I hate, because I have money set aside in my HSA for medical expenses and HSA does not provide checks). There is no courtesy envelope provided (usually if a check is requested, then a courtesy envelope is very helpful). And there is no number on the bill to call with billing inquiries. I have lived in many places and find that several California companies seem to miss the mark in medical billing.

This place is a joke. Dont ever come here. They told me after 45 minutes of waiting in the waiting room that it will be an additional hour. Every single girl at the window has been rude and unsympathetic to the inconvenience they cause. Lucky for me I get to drive another 2 plus hours to come back here tomorrow because they only have one specialist per day per week. This place makes me not want to have another baby. Two thumbs way down.

The wait wasnt too long but like all the other reviews say, I was only in there like 2mins. They dont allow recording and the ultrasound tech rushed everything and gave me pictures of blurs. She was like, let me get you some pictures. Then took some and didnt even look to see how they came out. It was literally three pictures of blurs.WORST ULTRASOUND PICTURES EVER!!!

Staff was nice

This place is horrible. They over book so every time I go I wait over an hour to be seen. Im only in the room for 2 mins. Now I have to go back twice a week for the next 2 months. This is torture.

I really dont like that place the waiting room was small they same to rush things I got a ultrasound done and it was rush really didnt take the time to get a good look the ultrasound picture I got was blurry and my baby look like he was deformed the only reason why Im going there is because on my insurance but Im going to see if I can go somewhere else
