This is by far the best lab in the high desert. The staff is friendly professional the setting is clean and theyre very patient. They even took the time to call my doctors office when the orders didnt come through properly. This staff totally rocks they need raises.

Went early Friday morning for annual check up blood draw. Line as usual. Not to long of a wait. Had to follow Covid rules of course.Signed in, not long before they called me back. Very friendly, professional staff. They took care of everyone pretty fast considering a line.Thank you ladies for being amazing. See you again next year.

So the lady in the front desk was very rude when I got there. She ended up telling me half way through my visit she told me she wanted a urine sample from me. I leaned over a bit and told her if I had to do it because I was on my period. Very rudely she told me it didn’t matter to go to the restroom. The only thing I really do appreciate it was that when she was taking my blood and she saw my arm (as I did self harm) she told me there is help if I needed it and that everything will be okay. Only good thing that happened during my visit.

Front desk doesnt bother getting up to help. Came in and had nobody ahead of me. The kiosk wasnt refreshing, meanwhile others came in, checked in and were seen right away. The gal knew I was there first, I went to her to let her know the kiosk wasnt refreshing, and she didnt get up at all, instead she said yeah, it does that youll just have to wait. Attempted again went to her again, (still didnt get up), and she said its not showing up youll have to do it agian. Finally tried a different kiosk, but didnt bother updating info. The techs werent friendly either, and seemed annoyed when I asked 1 question about a test. Im not a annoying person, but I think about older people, would they even bother helping them?

Staff is extremely rude. They dont acknowledge you exist..they really seem to hate their jobs.

Yes, there is a lady in the front desk that is extremely RUDE! I was there to drop off a specimen on Friday afternoon and told me to go to the other facility because she was about to close. 👎🏻👎🏻

Staff are not friendly at all. Phlebotomist jennifer and joanne at the check in desk were rude. Not sure if they are rude all the time or of its because we made comments about the check in kiosk which we dont really agree with because thats taking away your job.

Worst costumer service. I am nurse and I drop off specimens for patients constantly to different sites at lab Corp. This office on Bear Valley rd. and Apple Valley rd. by far has the worst customer service I have experienced. I have visit more than 10 times and every single time the people who is at the front desk the worst. I would go off my way to avoid them but sometimes I have to due to time restraints. I am saying if you don’t like to do what you do, change professions, it is as simple as that.

Horrible info updates..googled hours then arrived to find it was closed with no update on website
