Several years ago, I found Dr. Johnson and NUCCA. I had painful problems with my left shoulder that other chiropractors couldnt help me. After falling down steps and breaking my ankle, I ended up 2 months later in the hospital with temporary amnesia. They ruled out stroke and anything neurological and sent me home once my memory came back. We made the trip down to see Dr Wurgler at Johnson Spinal. After taking X-rays he determined my head was at a 15 degree angle to my spine which had caused blood vessels to be pinched and caused the brain to go into panic mode, causing amnesia. After one adjustment I felt like my old self. NUCCA is something everyone needs to understand in regards to how alignment of the neck affects the entire body.

I joined the military a year ago and before I left for boot camp I got my neck adjusted. Well they did such a good job, that when I went in recently to see if I need an adjustment it would seem that the last adjustment held. The doctors are really kind and will take their time explaining everything if you would like them too.

I have a pinched nerve and degeneration in my neck that was causing me more and more pain and starting to impact my quality of life. I love my Chiropractor! The staff are always smiling and are willing to help. They answer my questions and help educate me on the benefits of Chiropractic care. The Doctors are knowledgeable and explain how NUCCA adjustments benefit your entire body - not just back pain. It takes me about 50 minutes to get to the clinic but it is worth every minute.

After three years of dealing with a fairly obvious facial twitch, and being told by multiple medical professionals that it was stress related, I learned about upper cervical spinal care. Previously, the only suggestions I had been given were to get Botox injections and learn how to relax. These suggestions seemed, to me, to be more of a bandage on a symptom rather than a solution to the actual cause.Dr. Whitney actually listened to my concerns and took them seriously. He understood that this facial twitch was not only annoying, but was starting to affect my confidence and interactions with others. After x-rays and an examination, he explained that there was an actual physical reason contributing to this twitch and that it was very possible that it could be returned to a healthy state.After a month of treatment so far, my migraines, which were not the reason I began treatment in the first place, are gone. My facial twitch, while not gone yet, is considerably less frequent. After a recent adjustment, it was completely gone for a solid ten minutes. While that doesnt seem that dramatic, its a huge deal for me since it has been constantly present to some degree for three years. My confidence is coming back and my family has said whatever that chiropractor place is doing, tell them to keep doing it.Dr. Whitney, and all of the staff at Johnson Spinal Care, are kind, knowledgeable, and only want to see people live their best lives. I have been going to Dr. Johnson for a little over a year now. Since going my knee pain from surgery has nearly been eliminated.
