Im very frustrated with my experience here. I called to make an appointment and was told to come by and pick up the supply. I was already being helped by the lady at the front desk who was nice and then a doctor named Tony Boyd came by and heard the conversation, Tony made it a big deal and kept saying that the insurance wouldnt cover unless I was diabetic. I drove one hour away and paid more than nine tolls. It should have been disclosed on the phone or before arriving. I had to miss work and another important appointment that was made two months in advance and that I will have to wait another two months for the same appt. Tony told me to try on another supply that he recommended but without asking questions in detail to know my condition. The doctor recommended not to get it since I didn’t need it and it was the wrong product to use for my condition. Very unacceptable and the lack of knowledge. It was very frustrating as a new patient.

From the time i spoke to them till now nothing but wonderful people. Very helpful and i would recommend any and all to visit them for your prostedic needs.

Everything well for the first time. then they start asking for more paperwork like if your making things up. Got what I needed somewhere else with same better service, better quality
