I have been a patient with AdventHealth for four years and I really like Dr. Cortes; however, Dr. Cortes has moved to another location and I was assigned another primary care physician by the name of Bedney. I will be turning 65 and needed to change my insurance provider. Wellcare is clearly listed on their website as an insurance provider that they work with. When I called to confirm a previously scheduled appointment, they informed me that they will not see me because Dr. Bedney will not accept my new insurance, nor will any of the other doctors at this location. I am a recovering cancer patient and AdventHealth has bilked my current insurance for over $200,000 dollars. Now they have kicked me to the curb without a care for my wellbeing. AND I selected a plan that was clearly listed on their website, specifically so that I could continue in their network. They call themselves a Christian faith-based, non-profit health care system. So much for Christian values. All they care about is making money.

Dr. Jason Salagubang NEW OFFICE (I am Healthy) is a patient-focused provider who emphasizes on building relationships with his patients. Dr. Jason believes in caring for his patients and addressing all their medical concerns. He provides patients with all the necessary information to make informed decisions about their treatment. He enjoys sharing his love for a healthy living with his patients to inspire them to reach their health goals.

Family Internal Medical Group: -Ground floor/Suite #101- #105) along with one of the Nurses, I learned she had complained to my PCP physician; After only three appointments, whereas, I was triaged by a newly hired one, after I had finished my appointments, and not in my presence, unsuspecting of anything negative (other than having to constantly remind her that I was always told my triage reading by prior nurses during my two years before and was told immediately by each nurse each visit- so I ask for the reading of my body weight and blood pressure reading) that I had exaggerated statements and Outright Lies! Patients Beware!

I didnt know Dr. Jason for very long but, I did have him briefly as my Medical Doctor. I can honestly say that hes very bright and knowledgeable and knows his stuff when it comes to treatment. He will always say a small prayer before leaving his office. I miss having him as my M.D.

Dr. Jason is kind and caring and extremely knowledgeable. A truly outstanding physician. I feel luck to be his patient.

Dr. Cortez is the best doctor. Shes very attentive and cares about her patients. I referred my sister to my doctor also.

I hate doctors. Dr. Jason is different. He listens to the patient and provides great medical care. My whole family goes to him. No better doctor in Central Florida.

Hands down the worst doctors office I have ever worked with. The employees do not care at all, and are absolutely no help. I would not recommend this doctors office to my worst enemy. Also, just a heads up if you decide to find a new doctors office, I would get your medical records before you leave because they WILL lose them, and then lie to you and tell you they gave them to a third party.. This place is a nightmare and I advise you to stay FAR away.

We have been going to Ivonne Johnson, ARNP, DPN, for about 12 years. We love her and wouldnt go to anyone else.

This is a well run and organized practice with helpful staff and clinicians.
