Waited an hour with an appointment which was a total failure anyway. Couldnt see the OB-gyn, but we did SEE A PREGNANT LADY PASS OUT FROM THE WAIT. BRING!!!!!! WATER!!!!!!!! LADIES!!!!!!!!My wife was already distraught from waiting weeks for this appointment and we only get as far as the desk, then we see this woman start to go limp in the other booth. The desk ladies assure us that theyre short staffed, its not for lack of trying, so that would mean it was sheer luck a care provider was walking through the lobby to help that lady into a wheelchair.

The worst facility ive ever been to you cannot contact the doctors if you have a problem. Forget about getting a letter for food stamps saying your unable to work. Even though you havent worked in 10 years because of your mental illness and have been fighting with disability for 10 year to get on disability. How are you ever going to get disability if the psychologist wont even state that your disabled.

It seems that every time is they make a bigger effort to do a worse job then the previous time. From scheduling an appointment to see a doctor. Dont get me wrong doctor Dion is great. I think management needs to do a better job

All staff members are wonderful people, theyre friendly and have a wealth of information and experience in the medical professional job.

Could this place be any slower? Oh my gosh...and they make no effort to speed up...like they are stuck in slow motion.

This place is by far the worst place to get health care services! Each time Ive had an appointment with them Ive had to wait in the waiting room for at least an hour then at least two hours in the exam room! For one appointment they waited an hour before my appointment to call to let me know that the doctor wasnt going to be in that day. I have to ride for over two hours and 3 buses to get there! Im already on my way by then! Then for my last appointment, I got there 15 min late cuz of a late bus and DR FARRELL REFUSED to see me after informing of my two hour ride and late bus. This is the same doctor that had me waiting for him for 3 hours at our last appointment! Go anywhere else because these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!
