I was impressed with the service. Friendly doctors and staff. Quick turn around. I got my glasses within 5 days.

I had a wonderful experience. The visit wasnt very long. I didnt get my eyes examined there, we just purchased our glasses there. They were very helpful with the selection process. The glasses came back quicker then they were suppose to.

I called there to find out what was my PD because I wanted to order some Glasses online spoke with a lady by the name of Sherry who was rude said let me talk slow like I didnt understand what she was saying the first time but She wasnt listening to me when I told her Im ordering it online there is no way I can get my PD when Im ordering it online and they were the last place I did my eye exam which was 6 months ago. I will not be going back when its time to get my eye exam again.

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They are at a busy location which is why they are always busy but I always have a great experience when I get my my exam and glasses adjusted.

Spent more time waiting than anything else.

Staff is flat out rude and customer service is not present at this location. Simple request become impossible unless you spend more money. Would go elsewhere.

RUDE Ive been coming here a few times and each time they are rude with an attitude,especially the manager lady. They keep telling us to come back at different times and when we do they still wont help us.

Service at this location is not very good promised glasses in 7 days and I called no glasses on 7th day so called on 10th day, they said they were ready, I guess no one bothered to call.

Im standing here there is one lady and I asked for one screw for my infants glasses first lady says she wont sell me one. Next lady says I can wait ten mins to have her do it I have a screw driver with me all I need is a screw she tells me she has to cut it. They have no idea what they are doing and are rude nasty and need to get new people to work here they are all horrible and clueless.

Staff was nice and helpful. They repaired the eyeglass arms at no charge.

Waited for two hours before being attended. It has been more than a week now since I ordered a pair of glasses. Was told they will call me 5-7days for any updates. No call notifications.
