OMG!!! This place was absolutely amazing- great prices and above and beyond in customer service. They made me feel so welcomed and honestly one of the best sets I have ever had 10/10 recommend!!

I absolutely love VIP nails! They consistently do a fantastic job and everyone is so kind. I went with my young daughter once and they did an incredible job not just on her nails but also making her feel special. Months later she still talks about what a great experience it was. I have loved every nail tech I’ve had here but Yen is my favorite!

Well I am visiting from California and so I stopped to get a pedicure. This place is top notch and the service is great and affordable. I truly enjoyed this nail shop. This is my go to shop whenever I am in town.

It was my first time there- per their advice, I got dip nails with gel color. 6 were solid color, 4 were french nails. One trip at this salon and Im horrified. I was there for three hours, paid $70 and walked out with the four french nails completely uneven. The structural integrity was not sound, every time I hit them the wrong way, it felt like my nail was lifting along with it.By day 8, pieces of the gel were staring to peel off the nail but since I wasnt in FL at the time, I couldnt get it fixed. I called them back as soon as I got to FL and they told me to stop on by. The lady I spoke to kept interrupting me as I tried explaining what happened. She interrupted me to tell me she wasnt interrupting me. I told her the nails arent structured right and they need to be removed, to which she said Ill fix it for free but itll cost you $10 to remove. Why? Not only would it take more time to fix it, I knew my nails were not in good shape anymore.Mind you, I havent gotten my nails done in 3 years. I dont bite my nails, my nails NEVER break and I dont apply nail polish. I have, or had, strong nails.I paid the $10, they removed the nails and the nail tech had the GALL to talk about how thin my nails are now.They drilled my nails so thin, three of my finger nails have skin peeking through and it stings so much when I touch it, I need to wear a band-aid to avoid any potential infection.Absolutely horrendous service. $80 gone, 5 hours of my life wasted and absolutely slaughtered nails. Spend your money somewhere else.

I haven’t had a pedicure like this in such a very long time! I never write reviews, but after my experience it’s rude not to. I had the BEST pedicure, the most relaxing therapeutic experience. The attention to detail is unmatched. Usually you walk in for a walk in and other places want you in and out. This was my first time coming in and I came as a walk in. Didn’t have to wait to be noticed as I walked in, I was assisted immediately. I got a VIP pedicure and can honestly say I found my new nail salon! Not one negative thing can be said... unless you don’t like sitting for an hour. The pedicure was fairly long, but you get exactly what you pay for! 5/5 will be back definitely recommend!!!

Had such a great experience here! My mom and I did a walk in for mani & pedi and we were helped immediately. Mai did my pedicure and was so wonderful. I didnt catch the name of the guy who did my manicure but he was also really great! It was a really good experience and Ill definitely be coming back here and recommending it in the future.

The staff here are so sweet and friendly! I had a pedicure done and it was amazing! I was a walk-in and I was served in a good time. I waited maybe 5-6 minutes. I also had my eyebrows done here. 10/10! My eyebrows have never looked this good! I received so many compliments on them.

Went here to get a fill in. Tony rushed SO MUCH on my nails. The dipping powder is uneven they look HORRIBLE. On top of that, the young lady in the beginning told me a fill in is $35. At the end of my service he quoted me $40 and asked if Id like to leave a tip.... Im done with this place... you screwed up my nails then boldly added your item tip? Wow.

Was very impressed how they did my 5 year olds nails and toes. Also enjoy my pedicures every time I go. This is my favorite spot. Takes their time no matter how busy and makes it enjoyable.

This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money coming in here. I went in for a pedi and polish change. The owner did the most basic pedicure ever just clip nails and polish. When it came to the manicure all she did was the polish. I asked her what about cutting the cuticles, shaping my nails, everything else that’s included with a mani pedi she said no. When I got up and made a big deal she told me to sit back down and she’ll give me a massage. She had already moved on to the next customer. She then proceeded to charge me for services that she didn’t provide. While I was there she did the same thing to other paying customers. When you question the amount being charged she starts yelling and getting defensive. She also had a few people call in and she lied and told the customers to “come now, no wait” and when they walk in the salon is full and they had to wait 30+ minutes for their services. She is dishonest and not sanitary. She was even open during the COVID lockdown, secretly seeing people and only accepting cash. This place lacks morals and standards. I warn everyone to think twice before going to this salon.

It was a quite relaxing experience today. The young lady did a great job. She was attentive to detail . I appreciate great customer service and like to recognize people/ company’s when I receive it .

Upset with how my nails are right now. I did a regular manicure and it didn’t dry well because of how thick the layers of nail polish were (I waited for two hours and it didn’t dry). There’re also so many air bubbles it just looks terrible. I went back after three hours to complain and the manager didn’t want to give me a refund. She said she’d fix it, but ended up doing another layer which made things worse.

I have been going to VIP for over 12 years. They are trusted and reliable. The atmosphere is relaxing, fun, clean, and welcoming. Always greeted at entrance and full staff to handle the volume of customers. You never wait long even without an appointment. In the whole 12+ years using VIP I’ve never made an appointment and I’ve always got fast service.I enjoy Hung for my pedicure’s he’s young, fun to chat with and very attentive. Yen and Tony are my favorite nail technicians but they have a wonderful staff to be served by.I highly suggest you go and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I went here to get my nails cleaned up. Medi and Pedi. I didn’t want any nail polished as I want them natural and it took over 2 hours?! My nails on my hand were completely crooked. Another nail tech had to fix the other lady work. Then I notice once I got home, my toenails weren’t trimmed right either. I just wanted to leave because I was over it. It just don’t make any sense for no polished nails can take over 2hrs just for a clean up. I was still charge $60 after all the inconvenience and the nerve for asking for tips. Let’s just say, I won’t be coming back here. 😬😡😤

Had a pedicure and it was very relaxing and refreshing on my feet. They are professional and very clean. The staff wears mask and gloves while they take care of you. Use measurements of safety. The place looks very updated with new chairs and has a new look. I would say is one of the best nail salons in Apopka. Ladies if you want to pamper yourself and give yourself a treat this is the place to come.

They have great personnel I have very sensitive feet and they really make sure that Im comfortable when they are working on pedicures

DONT waste your time or money. Came up here for a birthday pedicure with my hubby. Both got the same kind pedicure, both started at the same time an somehow I was done 25 mins before him & I got mine painted (he did not). Lady rushed through mine, didn’t even put any sort of strength into my massages and told me she wasn’t gonna scrub the skin off my feet... isn’t that the whole purpose of a pedicure?Anyways definitely not worth it an their services are awful.

I had Le as my technician and I will use her again. VIP nails is in an ideal and easy to find location off of 436. They have a seamless check in/out process and the atmosphere is calming. They are a little pricey though

I am from out of state and was visiting friends.... with the Covid rules and limits this place was far beyond my expectations!! Inside had just been remodeled and looked beautiful, fresh and clean! The staff was friendly and very professional. When I come and visit again this will be the place I come every time!! LOVE IT

Nails look great from one angle. They look very slanted at another. Asked the tech to fix a few things in the process though, and she was very polite. The inside is clean and the music and fragrances were relaxing, so not totally unsatisfied.

This is place is really good. Every place i’ve gone to, my nails have just popped off due to my nails being too short since I used to bite my nails. But I went here and the guy who did my nails named, Tony. He knew exactly what to do with my nails with them being so short. My nails have stayed on for about and week and are still on. They have grown quite a bit. What a wonderful nail place and such wonderful and fast service. You don’t even need an appointment because they get to you super quickly! They also have such a big color selection. Prices are super reasonable. Will be coming here to do my nails next time for sure!!

Dont waste your time going here. Speaking of time, unless you have HOURS and I do mean hours to waste dont go here. Even with an appt it took 2.5 hours for a pedi and set of nails. Both my fingers a d toes were cut and bleeding bu this terrible place. At one point the person doing the pedicure lifted up the razor/cheese cutter, showing others and started laughing cause of the amount of skin. Ive never had someone be so insulting and rude during a pedicure....

I have always been so picky with my nails, and I was very hesitant on trying this place today for the first time but Im so glad I did. Tony was flawless with my pink and white, and was very gentle. Mai did a beyond wonderful job with a cucumber pedicure. I will definitely be going back to them!

Huge menu, friendly and well-trained staffHowever, my last mani pedi had me there nearly 4 hours. I had an appointment. I simply dont have time to be at a nail salon for that long. I have tried it a few times and each time, I was there much longer than I should have. I feel they take on too many customers but dont have the adequate staff to handle it all.

Ive been a regular customer for over 5 years. Amazing people. Kind and great at what They do. I get my eyebrows done and pedicures. They Are the best priced around. Clean and Friendly.

My first visit here was today. Because there are MANY very bad nail salons in the area I was skeptical but desperate to get my nails done and saw vip nails had pretty good reviews. Tony the owner did my nails and they are AMAZING. I got an acrylic fill with design. They are very natural looking and the perfect shape. Not to mention everyone there was very friendly. They are reasonably priced and have MANY color options. 10/10 would recommend for nails

I think this is one of the best places to do the dip powder. The only thing I don’t like and that’s why I don’t give them 5 stars is that they’re kind of tricky. When they’re done my nails look like I got them done a week ago, from the root they leave space I guess so you can go back sooner only the owners do that!! It was my favorite place when Lily was there she use to do an excellent job, never had that problem with her I really loved it. But she’s not there anymore. So now I don’t know if I’ll be returning.

They took my around closing, they were so nice. I got the dip powder nails. They didnt charge me extra to put a tip on one of my shorter nails and I got a different color on two of my nails. Super polite and pleasant, will be returning.

Horrible service went there and got a gel pedicure and a full set with gel took almost 4 hours for these services for the full set he kept getting up and doing other jobs while I was just sitting there waiting got them done and the nails started falling off a week later when I usually get a full set with gel from other businesses they tend to last 3-4 weeks won’t recommend. They do a good job but have no respect to your appointments this has happened to me numerous times where I have to wait for at least half hour waiting for them to finish up their clients. Yet if your late they will let you know . Not a good thing for business as moms we have a loaded schedule so respecting appointments is important especially when we tip you well and there on time.

Best pedicures I have ever had. Young man named Hung always does them. I have a couple of sensitive toes that all I have to do is tell him about and he is careful not to hurt me

Very friendly staff! Great pedicures in comfy massage chairs. Hot stone massage, paraffin wax treatments, scrubs, lotions, you name it! They do a very thorough job, so make sure you have lots of time to devote to your pampering.

Horrible! The lady I had was very rude she was pulling on my figures & was very aggressive. My nails was coming off 3 days later. Every other nail salon I been to nails stayed on my figures for a good two maybe three weeks, but v.i.p nails came off in 3 days if you want some horrible nails I recommend going there.

I went to get a full set and not even a full 24 hours later the stones fell off. One week later I decided to just go to a different shop and soak the acrylic off and start a fresh set but couldn’t! Why? Because the nail tech told me I could’ve had an infection growing fungus on my actual real nail due to dirty nail tools used on my full set prior ! !!!!! Very disappointing and if you don’t take my word, enjoy your nails ladies !

First and last time going there they did my toes my toe nail was cracked my hand nails are super fat. The guy who was doing my nails had no type of personality didnt talk when I sat down he didnt speak he was to busy in his phone. Thats what I get for not going to my regular nail tech because she was out of town. Lesson well learned

I do not write reviews... but I felt I needed to warn potential customers.IF I COULD GIVE 5 NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!(Some reviewer said, “Warm and respectful atmosphere.” I think that person was paid to write the review!!)My teenage daughter got SNS and not only did she not like the color, the nail tech completely messed up the shape!She was not happy with the color and when she asked the nail tech if she could change it, the lady looked at a coworker then back at my daughter with an unkind look on her face and said it was too late. It would have taken MAYBE 5-10 mins to correct!I came in to pick my daughter up toward the end and I heard a customer say to the same nail tech TWICE, “Don’t mess up my nails”.The nail tech told me she asked to change the color at the end. Which was not the truth! I guarantee you if an adult had said they wanted the color changed, they would have done it!When we got to the car my daughter started crying. She was so upset with the way she had been treated and because her nails looked so bad!!! She had also used her own money and was upset that she wasted it on such a horrible job!I went back inside and told the nail tech my daughter is in the car crying!!! She said she could fix the shape but so much of her nails were filed off that it couldn’t be fixed!!I told her to take advantage of a teenager is wrong!!In addition to the horrible job and the rudeness, the nail tech was so busy talking at one point she rolled the electric nail file over my daughters finger and made it bleed!Now that I think about it... I will be going back tomorrow (since they are closed now) and tell them they need to refund her money. This is unacceptable business practices and NOT WHAT MY DAUGHTER PAID FOR!

I will not be returning to this location. I went in last week for a pedicure, and left with two injured big toes. The technician cut my toes with the edge of a buffer and now they are infected. Whatever they use in there creams or the footbath caused a very itchy rash on my shins and I was itching for two days. I gave it two Stars because the price is OK and my friend got a decent pedicure, but obviously they had a different technician.

I never felt as invisible at any point in my life as I was made to feel today at this salon. After stating the services I am seeking, I was escorted to the back room where I was left with my feet soaking for 57 minutes!!! At first, I just thought, wow they must be extremely busy. No one said ANYTHING to me for 57 minutes until I proceeded to dry my feet off, pick up my belongings and prepare to leave. Then the little boy getting ready to do a pedicure on the couple he brought in AFTER me notices I am leaving. Only then does he began to apologize, but it’s too late. I refuse to pay you to make me wait. Too bad for VIP Nail & Spa, I was prepared to get a pedicure, dipped nails (powder) and waxing services. By the way, who is considered VIP because it sure wasn’t me!

This is a great place....they do the best nail dip. I have had it done at several other places and was unhappy, but this place does an amazing job. Very clean with a HUGE selection of colors and services.

Alright, so I went there once. Wanted a gel manicure. Nothing crazy, so the lady they assigned to do my nails I could tell was not experienced at all nor did she have any license to work on nails. Which I don’t care about that she didn’t have one but my nails turned out really poor in quality. Like I’ve gotten gel manicures in the past and they haven’t looked like this lol my nails were filed unevenly. I have polish on my cuticles, it’s not good at all. THEN their prices lol originally I wanted chrome. Then the lady why was doing my nails looked confused when I asked for that, cause she probably didn’t know what it was. After asking another employee, that nail tech then proceeded to inform me that it’s an extra $5 dollars a nail for chrome. FIVE? So I would pay $50 PLUS the original cost for the gel manicure, totaling in 75, not including tip. See I would do this for a full set or someone who knew what they were doing. Those prices are crazy, I’ve heard of like $2 extra per nail but not $5, that’s outta pocket. It’s not somewhere where I would recommend to go. I only went cause it’s closer to my house but I realized it’s better for me to go to my usual downtown spot.

This place used to be great, but the customer service, client wait and shop management leaves much to be desired. I come to a nail shop to relax. Bit not here because Im always wondering who is going to walk in and get serviced before me which happened more than once. Sat there for 45 minutes. The only attention I got was as I got up and walked out the door... its a shame really..

I went to get polish change on my hands and feet because I had an event to attend so I needed something quick. It was really busy. I got in quickly. Young girl started working on my feet. Started out ok until she was apply the polish, I got French. It’s not too bad but could have been better. Then she was working on my hands. My nails are not that short. She did not file then or shape them. She just started applying polish. She started out ok until she got to index finger. She had to do it like 3 times. Then when I tell her the shape is different she says that she can’t file because she put on polish. By that time I was annoyed, told her to just put it on so I can go. I then paid after drying nails. I got home, took shower and noticed that the polish was coming off nails. Will not go back to this place.

Very pleasant environment. Employees were knowledgeable and very nice. Not expensive at all. I will return for my next pedi. Thanks to my daughter-in-law, Ashely Curtis, for recommending my new favorite pedi place!!

The first thing isii spent 25$ on a full set! No diamonds nothing special. Second off the lady that did my nails did not speak English so she couldnt understand what I wanted done to my nails . And last but least not even 3 days later 2 nails come off I dont do anything to risk my mails to come off didnt jam them or it them. Overall I think GIVE ME NAIL in Apopka across from the 7/11 on Thompson Road is way better! 🤞🏼

I usually don’t leave reviews but i had to..i used ti come here all the time but this was the last time..Came here and waited 40 minutes (i had an appointment) and then the lady who did my nails, did a terrible job. I asked the woman who i thought was in charge if she could please fix it, she did an even worst job. Very disappointed.Will not recommend this place anymore.If you guys know a good nail place in apopka please let me know!

I went sunday to get an over lay on my natural nails was charged 20 bucks just for that most shops it would have been 17. The lady I had was very rude didnt really say much and just rushed the whole job. Then on top of that the next day while I was at work two of my nails chipped so started to pop them off now 20 dollars down the drain Im not ever going there again thats for sure .

Got my nails done yesterday there and had a really great experience I did the Ombre and I love my nails they are fabulous

While searching for new salons in my area I called this location to ask for pricing and availability, I was told that it would be $35 to fill my nails with regular acrylic and paint with gel polish. I came in and picked out the colors I wanted and after the technician did my nails they told me I owed them $45.I was confused so I asked the lady who I spoke with on the phone and she said that they charge extra if I use more than one color and because they changed the shape of my nail on the ends and it’s more work. ?????? Seriously? I’ve been getting my nails done for 17 years and I have never heard of such a thing.My nails were a basic square shape with rounded edges and he changed it to almond shape, mind you they were all veering to the left (I.e., crooked) I used one color on most of my nails and one other color for accents. The fact that they charged me $10 more for something that no other nail salon has ever charged extra for made me feel like they just want to nickle and dime their customers.I go to sunshine nails in Altamonte and they will do multiple colors in gel no extra charge and change the shape no extra charge all for $30 for a fill.VIP nails dropped the ball for me as a customer not just for the fact that the nails were crooked which is bad enough but for the fact that I felt played when I called for a price and then came in and the price was different when it came time to pay.Needless to say I won’t be returning nor recommending their services to others.I gave it two stars because it is aesthetically pleasing inside. Although they need to crack a window in there, the fumes were stronger than most salons I’ve been inside.
