Theres no words to describe my experience on September 30, 2021. When I got there she welcomed me to come in. Crystal was very professional, the salon feels welcoming. I have to say on my way to the salon; I was so nervous because I have never cut my hair so short. So to be short. I love my new hair style so much I cant stay away from the mirror 😂😃. I went to Crystal hopeful. I didnt know if she could do anything. I figured the worst is that she would color my gray and I would put back on my wig and leave. That didnt happen she took my little bit of hair,relaxed it colored it and added some tracks and I was transformed. She did an amazing job. I had no hair in my crown and very little on the sides. I will still need to wear a wig. However, I now have an option for special occasions. Thank you Crystal.

I had an appointment for 12 but was able to be seen earlier which was awesome. The minute I walked through the door until I left was great. I hate going to the salon as they usually takes way too long but Crystal was very effective with her timing and her clients I was very impressed and pleased. She also tells you what she’s going to do and why which is great. She also teaches you how to treat your hair depending on what you got done. I got my hair cut and it was the best I had since I was born. She is very pleasant, focused, knowledgeable and very very professional. All in all it was time and money well spent. I found Crystal on Youtube and drove 4 hours to get my hair cut. Crystal was absolutely amazing! I showed her a photo (short cut & style) and we discussed what was most ideal for my hair texture. I received service immediately after our consult and was EXTREMELY pleased with the end result. The shop is well-maintained and modern. There were no extraneous folks or kids hanging out (which I liked even more). Its a real shame I had to make a 4-hour trip just to get a good haircut. But, it was worth it! Thanks again Crystal! My hair was damaged from a smoothing treatment had balding and thinning but I wanted to try to save the length I did have so she was able to do that and camouflage my balding spot by relaxing it and a trim. I left very satisfied and will continue my hair care with. This was my first visit and it want be my last

I was underwhelmed with the service I received. After following Crystal (owner) on IG and YT I had really high expectations on going in for the first time. I scheduled online for Wash+Cut+Style + Scalp exfoliation treatment + Demi Color to cover my grays. When I got there I was greeted by her assistant who was washing someone else’s hair and she asked me what i was getting done. This may be only me BUT when I book a service online and you have me choose what I want to get done (and have me pay a deposit according to the service I chose) I think, the salon should ALREADY KNOW what I’m there for. After about 10 minutes owner walks in and asks me what type of haircut i wanted, granted i wasn’t really sure how short I wanted to cut but I asked her to go off of my hair type and her professional expertise, I trusted whatever she thought was best (based on what i’ve seen in her videos on social media). And she actually did a great job with cutting, I was pleased. However, I never got my grays covered, it’s like that part was completely ignored, I paid $15 for the exfoliating treatment and i feel like thats something i should’ve just bought and done at home, I don’t think her assistant had much experience doing it because she had to give her instructions, and my scalp didn’t turn out as clean as i wanted. She did have two other ladies waiting while doing my hair so I didn’t even bother to request that she did my color at that point. Overall Elite Hair is good, it’s not the best salon i’ve been to. Not sure If I would go back. I like to have undivided attention when I sit in someones chair, maybe i needed to go on a weekday vs Saturday. She was a very nice lady this not for bashing or anything like that. I just expected more than what i experienced, with that being my first time there.

So I was very sceptical about choosing the right stylist( because not everyone truly cares and understand how to care for natural hair) but some way some how I found Crystal and Ive been hooked every since 😊 The first time I booked her was for a silk press and a trim ( I was terrified because I dont usually wear my natural hair out or apply any kind of heat) but GIRLLLLLL she got me right and yes my hair reverted right back to its natural state with no problems and Ive been going back ever since ( 3rd silk press in and no problems) She is truly amazing ❤❤

Beware this salon is very unprofessional I went in for honey blonde the owner initially put the wrong volume of toner in my hair then realized my hair wasn’t changing because she used the wrong volume. Once she mixed the products again with correct toner my hair color still did not come out right. Instead of honey blonde she make it a very brassy orange. Once I respectfully let her know it wasn’t the desired color she said she would fix the color if I booked a shampoo at a later date. When I arrived at that appointment she was very rude and had a client who was in the middle of getting her hair done attempt to wash my hair I asked why wasn’t Crystal(the woman i booked with) doing my hair she then said she was busy. Shortly after Crystal begin to talk about me to the other women in the shop. At this point I don’t trust her to even do a ponytail more less put more color. I immediately left then the next day I saw my card was charged for a service I didn’t receive. I’m not sure how she obtained a 5 star rating but this establishment is very unprofessional I was scammed out of 200$ That may seem like a small amount of money to some but I’ve worked too hard in the Military to lose 200+ dollars. God sees all..
