I have always had a great experience with every single employee here. Always on top of any medications that my family needs. Ask them any question even over the counter meds and they are beyond helpful. I am a customer for life!!!!!

I love Publix Pharmacy on Kelly Road in Apex! The staff has always been helpful and courteous. Several of my doctors have commented on how effecient they are. Even after I moved to Cary, I stayed with them because I would never get the service any where else!

Natalie was super helpful and even stayed late to help fill my prescription which I really needed. Great service!

This has been the worst experience with pharmacy in the area. It took the 3 tries to figure out my husbands health insurance, blue cross blue shield. First they could not find it, next time wrote down all the info but when I came to pick it up were going to charge full price, I had to ask to look up insurance again and finally it worked out. And by the way you will need to sign up for when you can get flu shot for supposedly no-appointment-necessary...

My Dr. called in my prescription midday. I showed up to pick it up at 6:45 p.m. it was not ready. Went back at 8:45 after being told it would be ready in 30 minutes... STILL not ready.😡
