They are very very slow! Not sure if its due to lack of staff or just the way they operate! Even a simple task like an employment drug screening took forever at this location. Despite checking in, the wait time for beyond an hour. Horrible service!! I wish they had more staff, especially knowing how many people keep coming here! You just end up wasting a ton of your time just waiting and waiting outside! Rather choose a different LabCorp location, even if its a bit of a drive away!

I waited about 15 minutes after checking in (around 12 noon Tuesday, without an appointment). I walked around the drugstore and got some stuff that I needed- no big deal. Then I got my text that they were ready, and a calm, reasonable and pleasant person opened the door and called my name. I went in and had my blood drawn. Everything was clean and professional and totally normal. Why the one-star reviews? I don’t understand why folks expect a spa experience- it’s just a blood draw.

This location sucks. I went twice here, the first time was slow but I thought maybe it was an outlier. Second time, I had the worst experience ever at a lab. I checked in at the kiosk. When I went there, there was only one person in front of me so I thought cool, this will be a quick in-out. WRONG! What I didnt know was that at this location, people could book appointments online , and the online appointment always took priority over the in-store checkin EVEN IF they booked the appointment AFTER you checked in. I waited 45 minutes and people who came after me kept getting called. I just asked them to cancel my check-in and went elsewhere.

They cant keep appointment times. Expect long waits any time of day or week. When you confront the only person that works here they will pretend they repeatedly text you but its a lie. In talking to other people waiting, they seem to take walkins ahead of their late appointments so try that since you probably dont have any choice in picking the company that provides your medical tests.

Very disappointed at the change in locations. Used to be very easy in and out, with a waiting room. Now they tell you you should come in for your tests but the door is locked? And theres nowhere to wait! Also much smaller and less comfortable than old location. Most recent visit did not get called in until 20 minutes after my appointment time - even though they texted at 2 mins after to let me know they were ready for me. Time wasters.

I made an appointment online and waited in my car no more than 5 minutes before getting the text that the lab tech was ready to see me. No sooner had I walked into the store and found the lab corp area did the tech come out and call my name. She was professional and efficient. I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes, no issues at all to complain about.

Super fast and friendly

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that we are to wait in the check in area or we will not be served. The other with the bonnet on skipped me 3 times. The worst experiences ever and will never recommend anyone to this lab Corp again.
