Ive had fabulous experiences with Kirstin! She always takes the time to understand the style I want and knows exactly what looks best given my hair type & face shape. She does such a great job that Ive gotten my hair cut by her a few times now. Most recently I gave her the creative freedom to give me something new and spunky. I absolutely loved it and got so many compliments! She even styled some cute curls for me to walk out in. I have been getting my hair done by Brittany Murphy for years now and I wouldnt go to anyone else! I fully trust her with my hair and she always does an excellent job. Not only is she the only person I trust to color and cut my hair, she is also the nicest and so professional. She always makes you feel comfortable, asks what you want done that day, and always listens to what you say you want done to your hair. Even being her last appointment today after many appointments, she still made sure my hair was perfect by doing a second glaze when she wasnt fully happy with the first one and even blew out my hair even though the salon had already closed. I cannot recommend Brittany Murphy enough. She is the best!!!

I get my hair done by Lacey every couple months or so. I am obsessed with how she does my hair. She not only is incredible at blonding but is such a great person. I have now convinced all of my friends to go to her just by posting pictures of my hair. She always helps me decide what would look best! My hair always holds the color for almost 12 weeks and it never looks too grown out, It also just feels so healthy! I will never go to another hair stylist. I love Lacey and Maeve. I’ve been to Maeve several times now, all with Kirstin H.! My experience has been nothing but exceptional. She takes the time to really sit down with you and figure out what you want and what your goal is for your hair. Every time I’ve left, I’ve been very happy! She also gives great recommendations for what products I should be using with my curly hair and products that will help the damaged parts of my hair, in which I have actually seen a difference! Loved my experience here! Sophia was incredible and the whole team was so nice to work with. From scheduling my appointment to walking out the door, you felt so welcome and taken care of.They are also very COVID conscious. Temperature taken at the front, hand sanitizer everywhere, dividers between clients, and chairs were cleaned between each client.15/10 recommend

I had my hair and makeup done for bridal photos here at Maeve and I am so happy I did! I am from out of state and the Google Reviews are really what got me to choose this location. They were SUPER easy to communicate with in advance. Day of I worked with James for my makeup and Tristan for my hair.The photo does not do it justice, but James was amazing! He was really light handed, and I have sensitive eyes, so this was really great. He gave me that smokey rose gold eye and natural lip. I felt glam, while still looking like me, which was exactly what I wanted. I also learned a lot about makeup LOL.All I told Tristan was I wanted big Hollywood hair. She came up with the side sweep and really gave me volume. MORE than I thought I would have gotten with my regular hair. I naively brought hair extensions that just did not curl and weighed me down. She really knows hair and gave me what I wanted with what I got going on my own head. The curls held up to the humidity for as long as it could, but retained its volume the whole day!If I was local, I would come here for all my events! Highly recommend!

Maeve salon is a beautiful, well kept salon and after seeing many great reviews all 5.0 I was excited for my visit. I got my hair done with Sophia and she was very kind, very outgoing. I got a balayage and a haircut I was very excited for my haircut as my hair was down to my lower back and I was ready for a short cut for the summer. At first it all seemed fine but once I got to styling my own hair at home I realized just how uneven my layers were. I asked for face framing layers and the left is what I asked for but the right was so much shorter and she cut my layers in the back short but kept the front long. I think for what I got it was a bit overpriced. I am hesitant to style my hair in certain way now because of how it looks now.

All of their staff was wonderful and pleasant- Kevin was so nice and got me in off the cancellation list really fast! I saw Brittany C. for the first time and my experience was great. She really listened to what I was trying to achieve and took her time. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend going to anyone who is looking for a great experience.

Tracy M. is my girl! I previously saw her at another salon but I tracked her down when she moved to Maeve! I got my hair cut and colored a few weeks ago at Maeve and I am in love with the vibe of this salon! Bright, clean, professional! I’ve trusted Tracy with my hair for 6 years. My first few appointments with her, she worked to correct a too dark coloring job. Since then, she’s been adding subtle highlights to my hair to keep it looking natural but better. I love that she keeps a record of what colors she’s put in my hair so that she can keep the color consistent with what she’s used before. Maeve is a beautiful salon, too! The design is clean, fresh and modern. I visited during the pandemic and felt safe given all the precautions the salon is taking.

2 months ago A friend of mine shared very detailed problems she experienced ALL 3 times she was at this salon, from getting her shirt bleached, to being left with uneven hair color and to getting charged for services she never received.After she left that review, I noticed that the owner reached out to the other negative reviews to fix the problem except for hers. In fact, they DELETED that review. We are very upset with the experience at Maeve salon and even more upset that they are deleting their 1 star reviews. Luckily, I did have a screenshot of it and will be publishing it elsewhere. Very unprofessional!!!!

I had the best experience with Sofia! I havent had my hair done in a long time and I needed a pick me up and to feel/look like myself again. Sofia was so kind, listened to what I was thinking and had great ideas to share with what we could do. It turned out amazing and I couldnt be happier! I feel like myself again- I feel good! My mom and I had our hair cut by Emily who is new at Maeve, we were with her a previous salon but we liked her work so much we transferred over to Maeve when she moved. The salon is beautiful, with a solid Covid protocol so we felt very safe. The products they use are excellent, and the service is very professional. Emily gave me the exact cut I wanted and even recommended some products I could use. My mom had a root touch up and a haircut, both turned out beautifully and he ended up buying a great product Emily recommended. She is very friendly and easy to talk to which makes the haircut fly by. We hope to be back at Maeve soon.

Lacey did my hair for the first time a week ago and I’m obsessed! I brought in photos to show the color of brunette I was looking for and she asked all the right questions to make sure we were on the same page. It turned out amazing!!! I got my hair done by Lacey about a week ago and I AM IN LOVE. I always am super specific about the type of blonde I like and Lacey was able to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. She is truly amazing! Throughout the appointment she talked me through different steps and really explained in detail exactly what she was going to do. I usually slack when booking for future appointments but I made sure to make an appointment with her for 12 weeks out when leaving because I am absolutely obsessed and cant wait to go back! I had my hair colored by Kelly last week and I cant tell you how happy I am with the my experience and the outcome. I havent had my hair colored in quite a while and I was trying to do something a little different and Kelly knew exactly what I was trying to explain,. Later that day after I left the salon, I noticed that the front was a little darker than I wanted/expected. I called the Salon the next day to see if Kelly could take a look and fix it if needed and although I couldnt make it in when she was available, Tiffany was able to meet with me, assess and make a small correction. I am so happy with the color and my experience at Maeve. By far the best color Ive had and Ive already made my next appointment with Kelly. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my hair cut by Emily Dunn for about 3 years. I have to say, she is truly gifted at giving the best haircut I have every had. When I first met Emily, I was looking for a Hair salon close to my home, and read reviews, all were outstanding, therefore, decided to give her a try. Here it is three years later and every time she cuts my hair not only do I get lots of compliments, I can go longer in between needing a haircut. She has a keen eye for how she shapes the cut which I have never experienced with any other hair stylist. Emily has how moved to a new salon and even though she is no longer closer to my home, I am willing to drive a little but further because she is SO talented. The Maeve Salon is beautiful and even in Covid times, I felt very safe.

When I moved to Raleigh, I searched for the right person to do my hair- I tried many stylists who were nice but I didn’t feel a connection...then I was referred to Lacey! From the minute I sat down in her chair, I felt “at home” and had a sense of relief! I had found the one for my hair - and it has only been the best experience since that day! Lacey learns your hair and will provide advice on how to make your hair look great and feel amazing! Do yourself a favor- call Maeve Salon today! I never see anyone walk out of the salon without a smile!

I️ came in for a balayage and left with subtle light brown highlights. They were responsive after I called and I came in for a fix the week after my appointment. I was on time for both appointments and waited 30min both times to be seen. A stylist came over and mentioned that box color was hard to lift, and it would take multiple appointments to get to a more prevalent blonde - which I️ totally understand- then my stylist started working on lifting more of my hair to blonde. I️ left with wet hair (bc the stylist didn’t have time to dry it) that dried orange and blonde. Half of my hair (underside) was left untouched. Neither of these outcomes were communicated to me by either of the stylists that I️ talked to. If they were, I wouldn’t have been in the salon at all. Because two stylists discussed my hair and the difficulty of lifting box color, the salon owner refused any partial refund. I️ spent over $300 and two two hour round trips to this salon for half of my hair to remain the same color and the other half to be partially orange. They offered a gloss to blend out the orange, but when I️ asked if the gloss would cover up the blonde they said yes. The solution to messing up twice is not to offer another service that would make me drive 2 hours and that would cover up the whole point of me making my initial appointment. I️ am so disappointed at how much I️ spent on orange hair and with the completely unsympathetic phone call I had with the owner.

Emily has been cutting and coloring my hair for 4 years, she was able to guide me in purchasing the right products for my hair type. It has helped my thin curly hair become strong, thick and healthy. She is incredibly attentive to your needs and easily executes your vision. She is current with the trends which goes very well at the gorgeous Maeve Salon. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Love going to see Brittany and getting her to cut and color my hair... I don’t ever have to tell her what to do she just knows what I like and let’s me enjoy a kid free relaxing experience. On top of that when I do take my daughter there they are amazing with her as well.

I love Emily Dunn and followed her from another salon to Maeve! She is great at listening to what I want done and never takes too much length off if I only want a trim. I have naturally curly hair, but also occasionally use a curling iron to have waves instead, and my cut always looks great with both textures. Also, the salon has a great atmosphere and I feel like the staff is doing their best to make it feel safe during this time.

This studio is awesome! I see Lacey when I can and the salon itself is very great about accommodating!! My hair hasn’t grown in YEARS and since Lacey got her hands on my head, it started growing and is the healthiest it’s ever been! 10/10 would recommend - 10 stars.

I started seeing Tracy for hair cuts and gray transition coloring last year, then followed her to this salon. The salon is new and when I walked in, I was blown away. Its so clean and bright, very inviting. I needed a haircut very badly and had to bring my newborn, but this was not an issue because Maeve has a private room and he slept the whole time! I was nervous about covid but they take great precautions and I felt safe. This is a great new space with very experienced talent - I highly recommend Tracy but she is in demand so call now! Oh and the person who greeted me at the door was very professional and welcoming.

This was my first time going to Maeve while following my favorite stylist, Emily. This was a beautiful salon, it was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable especially with all the new regulations! Everyone was very friendly and I loved the vibes as soon as I walked in. Maeve Salon is new to me and it’s amazing. Very clean and beautiful however, the real gem in here is stylist Tracy M. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable (#covid) but she also really listens to what you want in your hair cut and color. It’s clear she’s passionate about her work and wants to make sure you leave feeling happy about the work she’s done. I love having her work on my hair!

Maeve Salon was a very beautiful space! It was our first time and the staff was professional and extremely helpful when booking our appointment. Emily is great with teens and my daughter loved her cut and all of the personal attention she offers. Will be back to see Emily again!

Lacey has been doing my hair for about a year and a half now and I wish I would’ve started going to her sooner. Not only am I obsessed with Maeve as a salon but Lacey is the absolute BEST. I have been seeing Sophia for years now and this was my first time visiting her at this new salon. I cant speak highly enough of this business and the people they employ. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and positive. I went into my color service with a rather drastic and quite pitiful hair bleaching situation. Sophia fixed me right up as always. I could not believe how lovely my hair turned out, given its damaged and upsetting beginnings. I will continue to see Sophia for all my hair services and cant recommend her enough.
