Best decision I’ve ever made! After putting myself on the back burner for 14 years while raising my kids, I knew I had to get healthy. The THINK trainers (Jennifer, Pamela and Cassie) and clients (aka the Tribe) are so welcoming and encouraging. I just completed a year and have never enjoyed a gym or workout more! I feel stronger and healthier at 55 than I did at 35. Not just physically, but mentally too. This is real training, real solutions, real support, real encouragement. No shakes or magic pills...just lifestyle changes and choices....and hard work.

Think is the first gym that I have ever stuck with (and even liked a little). Jennifer and her team are so supportive and helpful. They truly care about you as a person. It is also one of the few gyms where I can work out at 5 am (the only time I can fit it in my day) and still have the attention of a trainer and the camaraderie of a class all in one. I am so thankful to have found Think!

This place is by far the best training studio I have ever been a part of. Jennifer, the owner goes above and beyond to create an environment, mentally and physically, that will change your life for the better. The two the trainers, Pamela and Cassie, are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You feel like you have cheer leaders on your side every step of your journey. I have tried and been a member of EVERY gym and fitness program in the area and Think is beyond the best.

Love These Women and This Place!Ive been a client at THINK for almost two years. I cant say enough good things about Jennifer, Pamela, and Cassie. They have taught me how to lift without hurting myself and are always challenging me to do my best. I am stronger than Ive ever been and feel great. THINK is a positive place with women who support one another with very little drama, if any!

Ive been a member of THINK for over a year and it is a total game changer! Ive been to just about every type of gym/class there is and was also a D1 athlete in the past. Im telling you that the training at THINK is above and beyond exceptional. Technique, empathy to your individual situation, adjustments for injuries or particular weaknesses, guidance and encouragement with mindset, nutrition evaluation and coaching, and accountability are at the forefront of THINK. Not to mention the tribe that is at THINK is so welcoming and encouraging. Some of the best money Ive ever spent!

I just started out at Think Holistic Fitness and wish I had done this years ago! The team of expert Trainers led by the owner, Jennifer are phenomenal. I was SO intimidated by lifting weights but have already learned so much about the right way to lift from the team. Great job ladies!!!

I’ve spent my life in gyms but non compares to THINK. It is the only one around that offers so much. It’s nutrition support, emotional support, fitness coaching, and connection with other amazing women. Don’t hesitate if you are on the fence...try it, it will change your life!

I have tried many gyms/workout routines over the years, but T.H.I.N.K. is by far the best gym I have ever gone to! As someone plagued by what seems like perpetual injuries, its amazing to train somewhere where the trainers know how to treat your injury while still giving you a workout that makes you sweat! The trainers also help you with nutrition and hormone regulation. T.H.I.N.K. is not just concerned about your physical health, but your mental health as well! I hate to call T.H.I.N.K. a gym; it is much, much more than that! T.H.I.N.K. has spoiled me for life-I can never go anywhere else!

I have been a member of THINK for over two years and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else. I was lost when I began, I had no experience or exposure to any sort of weight lifting. I didn’t understand that in order to be successful, you have to change your mindset and behaviors. You learn to show up for yourself, it becomes exciting. Jennifer and the trainers (Pamela, Cassie and Beth) are literally the BEST. Everyone genuinely cares about you reaching your goals and they put in the work to help get you there. They give you the tools, teach you the techniques and are always available if you need a boost. I look forward to my workouts because they are so much more than just workouts, it’s my time - my peaceful time. Most other gyms are overwhelming and non-personal, THINK is one of the most supportive places I go, it is healing for both your body and mind.
