Fit4Mom Western Wake County has absolutely changed my life. Not only have I turned around my health, but Ive also found the most amazing and supportive group of moms I could ever ask for. When I moved to NC a few years ago, I didnt know anyone here. The ladies with Fit4Mom WWC welcomed me with open arms and have shown me incredible support not only in my fitness journey, but in life. I also love getting to take my daughter along to my workouts with me. It gives us more bonding time, gives her socialization time, and helps me to not feel guilty for taking time away from her to workout. Not to mention, most of the classes are held outside, so in a time when gyms are closed, its really helpful.
