My daughter who is a young 18 year old was told she could not have her mother accompany her into the exam room. Period. Regardless of her wishes.Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable. Waiting outside no matter the weather is ridiculous enough, but the waiting area is small. So I get that. But a scared young lady who wants her mother there for a painful procedure is told no; that’s a HUGE issue for me.I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place again. Ever. Terrible customer service.

I just finished my first facial and it was the MOST incredible experience. April went above and beyond to make my experience relaxing and also educate me on skin care. My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner. I cannot say enough good things!

Got my very first hydrafacial! Monti was the absolute best and was so accommodating, always made sure that I was comfortable and explained each step of the process. I walked in with my skin feeling dry and me feeling frustrated at my clogged pores. I walked out with super hydrated skin, an amazing glow (that I still have almost 3 days later!), no pores to be seen on my face, and a whole lot of confidence! If you are considering cosmetic injections or needing some help with your skin, I 110% recommend this practice. The nurse injector I see is Jessica, and she is phenomenal. She has a great eye for the face and gives you beautiful and natural results. After Botox and filler appointments I always get comments about looking “very well rested” or “refreshed.” Beyond her talent is her absolute dedication to safety. I am a nurse myself and safety is important to me, I never have to worry at this practice. Jessica is very dedicated to her field and does frequent continuing education to always practice at the top of her game for her patients. I feel so safe in her hands!! Courtney, PA manages my acne and I see several aestheticians for my acne cleansing facials. They are thorough and gentle and make a huge difference. There has been such an improvement in my skin over the last 12 months in regards to texture, break outs, tone, etc. Its fun again to put makeup on or just go barefaced and feel confident! If you are looking for a clean, safe, and friendly practice, I cannot recommend Radiance RX enough!! Such a gem to have them right here in the triangle.

I made the mistake of allowing another spa that I visited for another service touch up my forehead, and as a result I looked ridiculous. She is really the sweetest person and great at what she does. After having pimples for months, specially on my forehead, I went for only ONE visit and they are long gone. Unbelievable, but true story. I’m coming back just because it was easy, effective and totally worth the money, and all that together is very hard to find. Kim was extremely informative and took super well care of my skin.

They were the only place I found that addressed the needs by not just suggesting a continuing pharmaceutical regimen but approached each childs issues with a unique plan of skin care and appropriate medicine. This is a great place to have your skin looked after. I have very fair skin with freckles, my mom has had every type of skin cancer, so Im not taking any chances. The doctors and nurses are great, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This location provides a lot of cosmetic services as well as actual dermatology, but they dont push the cosmetics on you. Doctor Courtney oversaw my full body scan, biopsies, and excision, she was wonderful and comfortable to be around. Making appointments is easy, and its very clean. The waiting area is a bit small, but Ive never seen it too packed. I highly recommend this place for all skin care concerns.

I always enjoy going for my appointments. I am welcomed and checked in by the friendly office staff, and have never had to wait long for my appointment. Yesterday I saw Brenda for my Botox, and she always does a great job, and is a very nice person! I feel fortunate to have found such a great place so close to my home.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I am giving one star because the gentleman who scheduled my appointment was very nice and helpful and the aesthetician did confirm with what I thought was Melasma. The aesthetician just gave me generic product recommendations ( “a vitamin c, a hydroqinone, a retinol, a zinc spf of 50”). She gave no specific product brand recommendations (there are a ton out there, some of which are really expensive). She did not give a regimen of how to apply the products (before or after moisturizer, etc). She did not write down her recommendations for me to take home for reference once I left. At the end of the short visit she did say I could get a microdermabrasion and facial which may help even out my skin tone. When I went to checkout at the front desk and inquired about scheduling the microdermabrasion and facial, the two working the front desk told me to go online and request an appointment (there were no other customers there due to COVID precautions and what is the purpose of two front desk staff if they can’t schedule an appointment?). I wasted $50 to see a specialist for guidance and advice and I could have found out everything I did for free on YouTube. Will definitely not be coming back.

End of August I had filler around my mouth, I was told it would last up to a year, did not last 4 months, very disappointed. Did I get a bad batch? Ive used the service before and was pleased. The staff are wonderful.

My perfect derma peel was not effective this time. My face didn’t peel. I always use the same person for the peel but this time it did nothing. I knew something was off when I left and I saw no residue on my face or didn’t feel any tightness the next day. I’m not sure If I will return because that was a lot of money wasted!

I am so glad to back in the spa and enjoying a little bit of normalcy. I feel comfortable with all of the COVID-19 precautions that are being taken at Radiance Rx. Everything feels very safe and serene. I love that Lisa D. Is back! My lips look fabulous even behind a mask! 😷

I suffered with horrible acne for most of my life (age 12 - 26). I saw dermatologist after dermatologist, and tried every acne medication known to man, but nothing ever worked. It was so discouraging to get your hopes up with a new product only to be let down shortly after because (like the others youd tried) it just didnt work. I started going here in early 2016, and started seeing Mandy (shes wonderful - I highly recommend)! They worked very hard to try to find a medication that would work for skin, and after a couple of fails, we finally found one! I have been acne free for over three years now, and it is the most amazing feeling ever! If you struggle with acne, you know how awful it is and how much it impacts every aspect of your life and just takes away all the confidence you have. This place has given that back to me, and I am so beyond grateful! I am a new person because of this place! They also worked with me to get rid of all the years of scarring. It is absolutely amazing, because you would have no idea the extent that I struggled with acne, given how my face looks now. I never thought Id be able to go out in public without makeup, but I love to now! I am no longer ashamed, and that alone was worth every penny! Yall have changed my life and I am so grateful!

I have been coming to this business intermittently for many years. Last week I called to get an appointment and there was a new receptionist on the phone who was not yet trained and was not able to help me with any of my questions and did not even know the monthly specials. Also to note the monthly specials were not showing up on their website as I was directed. Normally I would not write a review on this but coupled with what just happened It speaks to the courteousness of this establishment... I had a 9:15 appointment today was six minutes late and they would not see me as I would “put them behind” for other appointments but…they said I could come back an hour and a half later at 10:45. So they couldn’t be bothered for six minutes but would make me come back an hour and a half later. I cannot believe appointments run so tight that they could not accommodate six minutes. I have been to this facility before and had to wait to be seen past my appointment time. I guess the same courtesy is not given to patients. This is what separates a business with good customer service versus one that puts someone untrained on the phone and lack of being accommodating...

Each of my services here have been very good. The staff are very friendly and provide great experiences. The only thing I would offer as an improvement is an expansion of services (but as is, there are a lot that they provide). I would definitely recommend this place!

I love Apex medical, they are the best. More specifically, April gives the best massage and facial Ive ever had, she is just amazingly, wonderful!!!!🤗 I look so forward to going every 5 to 6 weeks so I can spend time with April as she is such a wonderful friend. I dont feel rushed and I always feel special. Even the ones who make your appointments are so friendly and welcoming, you feel like you are right at home. Ive never felt that way anywhere else and Ive been to several pricey resorts that were not worth the money or time. Ive also had the skin exam which was good and why I wanted to go back Lisa did a great job. You will never be disappointed and if you get someone that isnt a good fit for your personality try someone else thats what I did and when I found April I knew I was home. As always she welcomed with a wonderful smile. As always she did an amazing job cleansing my skin and making it look and feel like baby skin. I have been pleased with the providers who have seen me there, but have repeatedly scheduled with Drew Venables, PA as my preferred provider. Drew is professional, knowledgable, friendly, and has learned the art of fillers and injectables. Thanks to his experienced eye, and without my feeling pushed into extensive treatment, I looked great at my wedding last year.

I came down to this clinic when I had really had septic acne after using charlottes cho Korean skin care treatment . I got rid of my septic acne in a month and I am so grateful to them and dr Courtney Kona’s . I visited this clinic at the beginning of this year but I still continue to go for my clean ups .. She is amazing . i have stopped getting boils which I used to and my skin feels extremely clean . I am so grateful I found this place and have recommended to a lot of my friends and colleagues so far .
