So much for wellness center. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they do not wear or require masks. Small place close quarters. I inquired and the young man at the desk said well we dont have too wear masks. Not sure of the quality of the work as we left. I do not like masks either. Just trying to stay safe. . Going elsewhere.

I’m ecstatic about the treatment I’m receiving here. After more than forty years of suffering from pain from osteoarthritis in both knees, the knee decompression therapy has given me an incredible amount of relief and increased range of motion. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. All around great experience.

I’ve had a remarkable experience with Complete Wellness. The team has worked diligently to improve my health using adjustments, dry needling, massage and advise on supplements and healthy eating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! I came to Complete Wellness Health Center for multiple reasons- joint pain, tension/stress, headaches and mental health. I was put on a program that focuses on not just one area but all of them. Again- they stand behind their name- Complete Wellness. I kid you not when I say that I am doing much better in all aspects-physically, mentally and emotionally. You have the total support of the entire staff. It is a team effort and we all know there is no “I” in team. They are nothing short of but absolutely awesome. Dr. M, Dr. S and the staff have been there there from the beginning of my healing journey and I am so grateful. I am one who normally DREADS going to medical appts but not this one!

Great friendly team that truly cares about your overall wellbeing, not just making sure your spine is aligned. They take the time to look over the extensive questionnaire, take xrays to fully understand and talk with you to explain what personalized plan they can implement to help you. They take the time to reevaluate to see where you are after certain periods of time and see what they might need to adjust in your program to be most efficient to help you. Dry needing and supplements are great here, too! I have come here for about a year now and they helped me tremendously in my journey to health. Last year I sprained my ankle and they adjusted it only a few days later and it made it feel 1,000 times better! I also have less headaches, sleep better, and have better gut function than before. I also like the fun and informational videos I get to watch while you are doing your warm-up exercises... or sometimes even just a fun movie. Dr. Mike’s chiropractic care changed my life. I happened to come across one of their displays a few years ago after I had been struggling for more than two years with numbness and weakness on my left side, random debilitating foot cramps, and intermittent lack of coordination. The symptoms were limiting my activities and consistent with those of an early stage of MS (multiple sclerosis). I had been sent to the ER, consulted with two neurologists, a cardiologist, and an orthopedic surgeon (for chronic neck pain), had an ECG, carotid artery scan, x-rays, multiple MRIs, an EMG, EEG, tried gabapentin, and physical therapy ...no diagnosis and no one could help me.Shortly after I started chiropractic treatment at Complete Health & Wellness Center, my symptoms resolved. Not only that...I had also struggled for years with migraines and they are completely gone. I have more energy and have only been sick once since I completed my treatment. I am now in maintenance care to keep my spinal alignment in check. The entire staff is so helpful and caring. They really have redefined healthcare.

I really appreciate Dr. Mike’s treatments. He is very precise with diagnosis and his reasoning behind adjustments.His x-ray analysis gave me solid details on how to adjust my training program in conjunction with treatments, and I’ve seen really good results!

I have been going to Borgert Chiropractor for almost two months now. My posture has significantly improved and the pain Ive been feeling in my back for a long time is definitely getting better. Dr. Mike, Jena, and Stephanie are amazing! I met Dr. Mike when I was sick and medical doctors couldnt fix me. I started getting adjusted and was well. No more medication. I still feel better a year and a half later! Thank goodness I crossed paths with Dr. Mike. My whole family comes to see him now. Medical doctors still have a place, but getting adjusted has fixed so many things.

I have been seeing Dr. Mike since December 2011. I had had back and neck pain on and off for years. I had even tried a different chiropractor years ago with no relief. When I started losing mobility in my neck along with the pain I decided I needed to try something. I wish I had gone years earlier.After the initial visit for X-rays and an assessment, we began a course of treatment. Within 3 months I was pain free and regained the lost mobility in my neck. Dr. Mike also is a fantastic practitioner of overall health, not just chiropractic treatment. He can counsel anyone in nutrition, exercise, stress management, etc. After getting to know him you will see he certainly practices what he preaches.With his help I have lost weight and am in the best shape of my life. He has also reversed the onset of scoliosis (genetic) in my 7-year old son. I cant recommend him anymore highly.

This is not a chiropractor I would recommend. He has little respect for the pain level of his customers, and hes arrogant. I came to see him in extreme pain, and made an appointment the day before I came in to see him. After sitting and waiting for nearly an hour, he told me to come in on Monday and he would see me then. I was very frustrated, after having extreme pain, and told the office staff how badly I was doing before I called originally. Certainly not an office I would recommend, so visitor beware!

Dr. Mike and his staff have been great to my whole family. My mom especially, who has been in extreme pain and is in need of a kneww replacement. He has helped my family with more than just our apines, but with our general health from food to exercise. If you are in pain or not, go get checked!!!

My chronic neck pain was gone after 4 visits. So much safer to have good range of motion and see better when backing out of my driveway.

My mother had a contract for x dollar but Borgert charged my mother, a Sr. Citizen, more!!! We asked for the over payment to be returned and are still waiting months later. When we call and Borgerts office does not pick up the phone unless we dial from a different phone number. Really poor customer service.

I give this office a rating of 0... My mother had a terrible experience where they only wanted money... made her keep coming back with no treatment. Dr Mike treated her like a used car salesman!!! Dont go there unless you wanted to be treated like a dollar sign!!!

Didnt even make it in the door. Called to schedule a new patient appointment... the receptionist was rude and uninformative.
