I called so many places trying to get help and most places didnt even try to call me back. The receptionist here was so kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I had a bunch. I didnt feel rushed or like they just wanted an appointment booked. I met my therapist and have been seeing her and she is just as wonderful. It seems they really care about their patients and there employees. I would highly recommend.

I cant say enough about Stonebridge and the people that work here. First, they were very helpful with setting up an appointment for my son. Although I really didnt want to do video therapy, it worked out really well. We thought it was my 8 year old son that needed the therapy, but turned out we ended up doing a lot of parenting. We blamed his anxiety on outside stressors, but really he needed boundaries that we we werent giving him. Im glad they didnt just give us what we wanted and got to the root of the issue.

I had a very bad experience with the receptionist, Catherine. She was incredibly rude and was not willing to help match us with the right therapist. I was recommended by a friend but am very disappointed with the customer service.

They only wanted my money. Therapists are not willing to answer any questions you have without you coming in and handing a check over. How am I suppose to know if I want to work with them if they can’t even tell me how experienced they are?? There are plenty of counselors in the area that are willing to answer any questions before your initial consultation. Stonebridge doesn’t want to help you, they just want to help you empty your wallet!

The therapists at Stonebridge are great! Erin and Kyle specially are so easy to talk to and are available whenever you need them.
