If I could give this store zero stars I would. The pharmacy closes at random times each day and if you need any scripts, antibiotics or monthly scripts, do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacy is not reliable AT ALL! I understand things happen but this is month after month. This is the last time, we will be switching pharmacies.

The pharmacy here is phenomenal! They call or text you if there are any problems or a delay with a prescriptions. They auto refill them and you can even have them delivered! Bonus...everyone in this department is friendly and extremely helpful.

Horrible customer Service!! Saw a cvs worker, asked for some assistance she continued walking didnt look at me while saying , Im on break therefore I asked can you ask someone to help me. The gentleman at the desk can.... so I stood in line (which is fine) he was helping a elderly lady she couldnt read the card machine and his way of helping was by keep telling her she needed to answer the question before putting her card in, she kept asking him what it was asking because she couldnt read it, you can tell he was annoyed and again say you need to answer the questions maam... I left. It would have been faster if he cared and actually helped her. GREAT JOB GUYS AND GALS!

The store lists the pharmacy hours as open til 10pm today. My Dr Sent in an antibiotic at 430 today. I keep checking the website for last 3 hours and it continues to say in process so I call the store to see if thry an expedite it and recording says they closed at 4pm today. I am super sick and really need these meds but cant get them because they dont want to work. I call the corporate office number to look into seeing if it can be transfered to a store that is open and line says they are open to 10 as well but they closed at 7. Thanks a lot delaying my recovery yall are dirt bags and deserve to rot in hell! for

Consistently have experienced delays with my prescription refills. I also had a 90-day supply of a prescription medication given to me today in an unmarked prescription bottle. When I brought it back with the bag it came on, the pharmacist seemed less than concerned about this major error. Imagine if I had taken the medication, it was the wrong medication, and I had a serious reaction. The staff at this location needs to do a lot better.

The pharmacy here is closed from 4 pm to 10 am. Says their pharmacist had a baby and there are no other pharmacists that can take their place. No other CVS could fill prescription because they say this location has already begun the medication fill, even though they are closed and no one is working. Makes no sense. How do you close when most people are available to pick up their meds??

I miss Walgreens pharmacy!! I have no idea why it is so hard for them to keep up with their prescriptions. Walgreens would text me have my app notify me and be ready when there suppose to be filled. I was also able to ask questions about my medication without feeling like Im bothering them. They know just as well as we all know the pharmacist knows more about the side effects of the medication then the doctor.

Literally horrible after being on hold for over 30 minutes they HUNG UP on me it was horrible they didnt connect me to a person to talk to or anything horrible costumer service ive never had a good experience here honestly take your business else where its been almost two weeks and they are yet to refill my prescription let alone talk to me as to why they cant.

Place is horrible. I was told that my prescription would be done at 7:00 its now 7 and they changed it to almost 10 pm. Frys Walgreens, and Safeway are all faster. It shouldnt take 7 hours to count 30 pills, and put them in a bottle.

This location cancelled my covid test appointment twice with no explanation and were snotty about it. 2 years ago they hassled my wife so badly about her insulin that she switched pharmacies. This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever used including that weird mom n pop one that I suspected of selling crystal from when I lived near Houston. I’m not being an entitled boomer; I’m not even thirty. I’m just sick of my family being treated like trash by these weasels. Do NOT use. AVOID.

Why cant this CVS improve their customer service. Year after year and it gets worse. Head office needs to do something. There is always a sign up for pharmacy techs wanted. I couldnt work there. Was told my penicillin script couldnt be filled today..maybe Saturday.So my dental office called CVS on Ellsworth and Broadway and guess what?? Got a text in 20 minutes it was ready.Seems to be many bad reviews of this store. CVS...get a clue. Figure it out!!!

Just got my flu shot and the folks in the pharmacy could not have been nicer! Since I have not been using this pharmacy, they had trouble finding me in the computer and the line stacked up behind me. However, I heard them organizing the staff to open two other windows and the line was eliminated. They had about 7 or 8 people working the pharmacy and it all looked organized and professional.

Done with CVS after this interaction with pharmacy. I have spent thousands on scripts over the years at CVS and this has been the worst customer service I have ever had. Got script number wrong after I gave it to them, then scolded me and would not listen when I tried to explain, telling me I was yelling, when I simply was trying to insure she heard me over speaker phone.Both the young man who took the info and the lady who responded to my second call were rude and controlling, rather than apologetic and supportive. Sad that they are in positions to help people!

The customer service is horrible. They had my dogs prescription for 6 days and when i went to pick it up, well they hadnt even started it. I have asked for NO automatic refills, yet they keep right on doing it. When i called to straighten it out, the lady was rude and dismissive. This was the final straw for me. They have lost my business and my rescues business.

1 star is being generous! This place does not know what Customer Service is...at least good Customer Service. I had to switch to this CVS because I moved but WILL be looking for another pharmacy. Every time I call, the person on the other line is rudeand short, answers its gonna be a bit there is a long line and all the phone lines are lit up then just puts me right back on hold. I have no idea her name or business name. If it wasnt for the recording I would not even know who I was calling. I also have had issues with my prescriptions getting a text that my Rx is ready then when I get there its not Im told its still in process. God forbid I ask the lady at the window another question because by her mannerisms I am obviously bothering her. I know I am not the only customer but I still deserve respect. Dealing with customers is a huge part of their job if they dont want to deal with that.....FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!!!!!!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The only reason I go here is because it is the only pharmacy my insurance allows. I am seriously considering changing insurance companies just to be able to quit going to this pharmacy. Every experience I have had with them has been bad and so frustrating. 3 times shorted me on number of pills, texting me that my prescription is in but when I get there they say to come back later. Not getting my insurance info right. And my biggest complaint is that every time they screw up they are rude and unapologetic. Cant wait to never have to go here again.

Love this CVS! Manager was very helpful when I needed a case of water taken to my car. Usually husband helps but had an injury. Great staff as well. Wish I could bring this store and employees home with me. Customer service is phenomenal!

Was one if the worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy, went to get my husbands prescription picked up, store was very busy first lady to help me when I finally got to front could not add the coupon to save me $50 dollars said I had to wait for a technician, so I waited 15 minutes for a technician had her enter the coupon, thought I would be able to pay and leave oh no thats not happening now you have to wait for a pharmacist to reprint the label and count the prescription again so now Im waiting another 25 minutes and then when the pharmisict is finally done they screwed the whole thing up did not add the coupon said it would be another 30 min to fix I said screw you paid the full price and left I could not wait any longer.how hard is it to do your job and be compassionate to your customers we would not be getting meds we felt good.

Very nice employees but the time it takes to get your Rx is another story. Doctor calls in Rx and you still dont get them until late evening or not at all, until tomorrow. Unbelievable

Don’t understand all the negative reviews. Only been using for about 8 months, but never encountered any rude staff and wait times are normal for pharmacy. If lines are too long, I just come back at a better time. Store is clean and well organized and staff has always been courteous and friendly to me.

This CVS pharmacy can NOT handle a lot of business, such as when tourist season hits. When the ER calls, CVS doesnt care. They put you in the back of the line of the 300 Rx before you. They don tell you they are 300 Rx ahead to fill before yours. They would rather you WAIT than tell you to take it elsewhere.On other occasions, this pharmacy says they have your Rx ready and they dont. Poorly managed, but they dont care bc they get tons of business from the elderly in Apache Junction in winter, locals are only worth it in the summer. Time to switch pharmacies.

With the nationwide name of CVS Pharmacy, one would expect the pharmacy to know what they are doing. Terrible customer service, extremely rude pharmacist who yells at and then hangs up on customers in the middle of a phone call. Puts the blame on high volume of prescriptions needing to be filled daily. If you cant do your job effectively and efficiently, you should at least be able to have the customer service to make up for the experience. Find another location, this one is horrible!

Never will I return, treated poorly for the last time! As I understand a bad moment but every time I went in not only for RX either Id hear,see some things. Not one person there treat with respect. My condition and treatment is none of their concern. no matter to be treated less than professional and emotionally not ok. I worked my whole life in medical and never thought to be less than, always a smile and went above and beyond for all my patients. Hope your doors close! I know every time I go in there is yet another person being treated poorly and they too stat they will not be back. my family & friends will not return either. Use to be my Pharmacy, but had issues. ★ They went to regular hours instead of 24 hrs. ★ They stopped the sale of Tobacco Products ( claiming unhealthy to your health ) yet they still sale Alcohol Products. ★ I found that the Co-Pays were higher then a few other pharmacies & they were out of a certain medication that I refilled every month. The store is cleaned & well stocked & they do have decent sales & a bonus point program, but I refuse to use them for how I was treated by the Pharmacy.

Very nice in Pharmacy and in main store. I had a customer actually heckle me in that store, because I walked faster than her and got in line. She yelled at me for 10 minutes. I ignored her. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I have never experienced such rudeness...this was a customer! She was mad because I was faster and didnt let her go in front. The pharmacy ignored her! I had a plane to catch in an few hours, I am a single mom, I work 14 hours a days, I am a very kind person its only recently that I decided to put myself first. You cant take care if anyone if you dont take care of yourself. I normally let anyone take my place...but that day I was in a huge hurry. Thats what that type of store caters to. They opened another register and got her moving, she was still complaining...😂 . I think some people just like to complain. I think these ladies put up with that behavior all day. I give them 5 stars for that. Thanks girls for doing a great a job and doing it with a smile!😚you rock!

Janice in the Pharmacy is one of the best people to deal with...She is always friendly and caring and I have seen that she can work on manytasks at the same time...with many customers!I was happy to have her assist us, when I was there with a friend that wasfilling a few prescriptions!I wish there were more employees like her!She should be considered for a promotion within your CVS stores!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one, I just cant let go. If I could rate this CVS location 0 stars, I would!- The staff is EXTREMELY rude!! Theyre condescending when they speak to you. They always seem irritated or inconvenienced. Overall, I have never once received decent customer service there.Out of all the staff members, Lori’s attitude seems to be the absolute worst. (Yes, I am called her out by name)Its even gotten to the point of calling in a prescription, and being hung up on before I even get the chance to say ”thank you, goodbye”.The wait time is ridiculous! If they say its an hour wait, expect to triple your wait time. Ive waited over 4 1/2 hours for a prescription, THEY NEVER EVEN HAD IN STOCK! This has happened on SEVERAL occasions.There always seems to be an excuse as to why my prescriptions are never ready, when they say their going to be ready. ”were slammed” or ”our systems are acting up today” BLAH BLAH BLAH! Then dont tell me its going to be a hour wait!! I would of taken my business elsewhere.This CVS location is less than .5 miles from my house. I will NEVER use this location again. I would rather drive an extra 10 miles, then use this CVS again.

I went over there to drop off a prescription slip and the pharmacy tech was extremely rude to my husband and I for absolutely no reason. She snatched the slip out of my husbands hands and kept asking him to spell out my last name numerous times in a snappy tone and he did it regardless for her. Later on she asked if we even had insurance and kept rambling on not giving us a chance to speak. It was my first time getting medication prescribed to me through a MVA so I wasnt sure how it worked so once I told her she got completely agitated with me. Asking for my VIN number, policy number, etc. And as I was reading it out to her she kept speaking over me saying it wasnt acceptable? She was very loud with us, very rude and overall unpleasant. We eventually told her never mind and drove off because she would not let us speak or answer any of our questions. Staff should not be trained this way and for someone who works in a healthcare facility I just know that was over the line disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Definitely needs to be reminded what customer service is really like.

Worst pharmacy ever! Staff is rude and unprofessional. They lost my meds and were totally unapologetic about it. Instead they blamed me for not picking them up when they were filled 4 days earlier, and gave me attitude like what do you want us to do about it. I left and requested they be filled at another pharmacy. I was told AJ CVS was refusing to release them to my new pharmacy and was requesting I drive 40 minutes back to pick them up and started harassing me with their automated calls saying if my prescriptions weren’t picked up in 8 days, they’d be put back on the shelf. Honestly the worst place to fill ur script when there at 9:45 am to drop my scrips off mind u I had an ectopic pregnancy surgery yesterday and need to fill all my scrips Walmart wont fill oxys over 50mg so had to go with CVS closes to me and they still are not filled now Im balled over in pain and her it is 6:15 in the afternoon wth come on plus they called saying this afternoon my insurance wasnt active called my insurance and they said I am still active called my doctor to let them know me they called CVS and told them something is wrong on there end finally got it figured out called at 3 was told it was gona be put as priority since I had surgery and here it is 6:17 and still not filled I have never been this upset

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They switched my medication from brand to generic without asking me. I got a text saying my prescription was ready and they didnt tell me my insurance didnt cover it so I didnt bring enough money, ended up leaving without the prescription, they should notify you when a prescription is completely not covered. Needed a Prior authorization had my doctors office call to give them it. Called my doctors office to make sure they called the pharmacy and they confirmed they did. Called pharmacy, prior auth Went through now waiting on insurance. Two weeks later Im almost out. Call pharmacy back. They claim they never received the prior authorization now and insurance wont cover it. After all these issues and no one communicating with me I just switched to Walgreens. Terrible organization and communication from staff.

Went to pick up script on 5.3.18, was told it interacted with another drug I take. They said they called drs office. On 5.4.18 called and waited 5 minutes for someone to answer. Finally got fed up, and hung up. Called drs office, they didnt call them at all. Not all techs unfriendly, but not many smiling in pharmacy. When 1 person at counter and your next in line, waiting 10 minutes. Something wrong. Gave a 1 rating to a CVS survey yesterday on this store yesterday. Will be going to a different store even though further from home. Had trouble over a year go, while visiting AJ,AZ and it hasnt improved. Have to use CVS for prescriptions according to insurance, before that used AJ, AZ Walgreens. Loved employees there. This store pharmacy needs help. Sad.

Worst pharmacy ever! For the last several months I have been told my prescription will not be filled as they seem to always be out of my medicine. I had to drive 45 min back to my drs office because he forgot one little mark when come to find out ,he could have easily faxed it over. I asked them if he could do that and was told absolutely NOT. Even if you call ahead with your prescription and they say itll be ready in an hour if you show up that day at all it wont be ready and at least another half hour will be needed to process it as someone who has worked in a pharmacy even understaffed they operate horribly.

Zero stars! This is long, but other local patrons deserve to know, so here we go.My insurance changed after a divorce and I can no longer fill my scripts at the nearby Walgreens. I had no issue switching to CVS since theyre practically in the same plaza. I went two weeks ago to get settled with some scripts from the emergency room. After 45 mins, I was told that my pharmacy benefits werent active yet and to come back. The tech who helped me was really struggling and needed everyones help to assist me, so I figured I would come back when I got my actual card in the mail to make life even easier for them. I initially gave them all the credentials they would need per my insurance provider, but whatever.Fast forward to today. I walk in and wait about six minutes for help. Im the only person there but the pharmacist is off to the side visiting her husband and children. She keeps yelling a name and someone comes after the third yell. Tech asks me if Ive already filled these prescriptions (they were old-fashioned paper ones from ER) and I explain how I attempted to last time but was not successful. She says if it was them they would have covered something up. I dont know what she means but her demeanor about it makes me feel like I was a crackhead trying to fill a fake prescription. She tries to fill them and says she cant find my insurance in the system and that someone who is more knowledgeable than she is will have to do it and Ill have to come back. I leave my phone number and ask them to please call as soon as they can because, duh, I needed this medicine two weeks ago.I get a call ten minutes later saying that their system shows my insurance doesnt start until November of this year (its May now). I tell her thats incorrect. She tells me to call the provider. I do, which takes forever of course and they reaffirm that I have insurance and prescription benefits and that CVS must be doing something wrong. At this point, Im tired of driving in to town to be turned away without medicine so I call first. They put me on hold. I was on hold for a total of 16+ minutes listening to the same distorted classical song on loop. I drive there and there is no one in line. I walk right up to the counter and say, I called first but Im still on hold, and show the girl my phone playing their hold music. She says, with us? and acts indifferent. I wanted to ask if 16-minute holds are standard for them but whatever, I need medicine. I explain everything to an entirely new person. Again.She confirms something with the pharmacist and they realize that theyve had my date of birth wrong in their system the whole time. To make sure Im not mishearing her, I ask, wait, what?! She points to the girl who helped me an hr before and says she put my birthday as 7/11 and not 7/14. I understand were all human and mistakes happen, but by this point, Id had it. This all could have been avoided if anyone had paid a little bit closer attention to what they were doing before telling me 1) I didnt have prescription benefits yet, 2) I didnt have insurance, and or my favorite 3) I didnt have insurance until November. No apology. (Where were they even coming up with all of these random excuses? A magic 8 ball?)I asked for my scripts back. The girl said, the only thing she got wrong was your birthday-- like she was confused why I didnt want their help anymore or perhaps she thought I was overreacting. I understand its just a date, but its the date thats necessary for me to give you a piece of paper and turn it in to medicine so that I can get better. Get your act together. This is (or should be) a pharmacy, not a burger joint. I went to the Frys pharmacy in the adjacent plaza instead. They took care of me immediately and without any hiccups. If youre looking for fast yet reliable service when it comes to getting your medicine filled, drive right on by the Apache Junction CVS and keep driving until you come to literally any other pharmacy.

Really bad on time frame of when your prescription will be ready. Dropped one off, they said itd be ready in 45 minutes. Went home had dinner and an hour later called and was told it was not ready but were working on it. Arrived at drive up window 10 minutes later and it still wasnt ready. They put a rush on it and 5 minutes later our one prescription was ready. The 45 minutes turned into 1 1/2 hours. Thus is the second time this has happened and the last. Transferring to another pharmacy.

I came in and was disrespected by a lady named Janice she was rude and referred to me as a real dick. She whispered to another worker and was a little louder. Then she expected and we heard it loud and clear (this guy is a real duck). Very unprofessional.
