Giving this place a 1-star rating, as its the lowest I can go.First, product. Given that Covid was a big issue, it still took 4 months for my prescription glasses to return. They were incorrect so back it went. I returned 4 months later to finally get them.Service. Daughter of optometrist should never work in any avenue dealing with customers.7 months after my eye exam I returned to enquire on the status of my order. I had to physically go there as they did answer telephone calls; voice or text messages. E-mails are equally snubbed. When asked about the lack of communication, it was one sob story after another. I said I wanted to cancel my order, but the reply was , No refund. By this time I was totally frustrated and ready to approach Small Claims Court. My glasses arrived a month later n just prior to my court application.In short, if you like verbal harassment, discourteous service, product inefficiency and a complete lack of communication, this is for you. If not, steer clear of this place. Theres too much competition by companies who actually care about their customers.

Extremely irresponsible, they do not take your temperature and there is no sanitizer, the eye exam very basic and poorly done, the lenses are taking more than two months to arrive and they never answer the phone.Terrible service.
