If I could go back 1 week..They never paid attention to what was going on with my dad. He was on Eliquis,the day I pulled my him out, he had coughed up blood, the CNA only gave him tissues, nothing said about it. When I walked into the room I knew he was in serious trouble, he had severe bladder retention, again not reported he had not urinated. He was there less than 48 hours.😡😡

My father fell at home. After going to the hospital he had to go to a recovery center. His overall care was good. The activities team was friendly and very caring. Overall I was happy. My only concerns was his sugar levels were higher then they had been at home and what Covid-19 vaccine they gave hIm.My father had not been vaccinated for COVID-19. They called me because the county was coming to give feee shots. I spoke with their staff and said my father cou;d have either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, but under no circumstances should he have the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. So on 6/23 he was vaccinate. Later that night I asked what vaccine did he get. I was told by the nurse in charge she could not tell, but his vaccine card would say. So speed ahead to today my Father was released. The discharge person was going through the myriad of pills I asked for the vaccine card and the guy was like they didnt give it to me. So he brings me the card and it says Jansen. To say the least I was very upset, infuriated. I asked for someone in charge. The guy said of no one is here its the weekend. I said I dont care who you have to call but I want to talk to someone now. he called Dusty. She proceeded to tell him James is not J&J, which they are and she was the person I specifically told no J&J vaccine. So either she is incompetent or a liar. Either way she should not be allowed near patients. if I could give them negative stars I would.

My wife is loosing weight there because the food is awful!

My mom stayed here for 2.5 weeks after undergoing hip surgery for a fracture sustained after a fall. We found the quality of care excellent, and cannot thank the nursing staff enough for making her stay a pleasant one while she recovered. Also want to call out the physical therapists and social workers for sharing their expertise and all their help in assisting her with a speedy recovery.

The staff is friendly and professional. More importantly my parent is treated with respect & good care. In my opinion, my family is blessed by the priviledge of having their services available to us.
