I want to thank Dr. Gregory Moore. He is awesome. He goes above and beyond to address my moms medical needs. Despite the language barrier Dr. Moore wants to take the time to understant/fulfill my moms medical needs. He listens to my moms all questions and advise accordingly. Thank you Dr. Moore and his staff.

When I go there late for my appointment and they make me and my family wait so long to make reschedule ours appointment and when I and my family come early to there they always make us wait long hours and the Receptionist white lady from one of the windows at contra costa health services place is very rude and disrespectful to me & my family I think they don’t care about us we want to be treated with kind & respectful we truly deserve to be treated right and respect dr Moore is the best doctor and his staffs are cool

I have had only positive experiences. Dr. Lee and his staff are the best. Professional and I have NEVER waited for go hours to see my Dr. and I love the new facility so far. The OLD Antioch facility had a brutal hill to climb if you were on foot. I love that the new one is more accessible and more room. Thank you to Dr Lee, his Care Coordinators and staff for the health care and professional support the last 9 years. Great job

No matter how early you come or be on time for your appointment, you have to wait more than 1 hour to see your doctor. Too slow.I wonder how are people giving this facility more than 2 star ⭐️⭐️

Dr. Jamwal is awesome. The receptionist ladies? Hmmm. They check you in at their leisure, talk about their personal days as they glance at us for the next 45 mins. We arrive on time, we wait 45 mins. I was late 12 mins and we were asked to reschedule.But, once inside. The nurses, and everyone is nicer. Like I said Dr. Jamwal is the tops! We love her.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD IN THIS FACILITYTHE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND DR ASHLEY CHEUN MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOME AND AT EASETHANK YOU SO MUCH

So I showed up early to my appointment and waited in the waiting room while people kept pouring in and were being called while I showed up early and had to wait for more than 40 minutes. Didnt stay told lady in registration I was leaving. Just checked mycclink and it shows that I was seen today they even went ahead and did a visit summary for an drs. visit I was not given. Oh and to top it off I also has a appointment in the pittsburg health center a while back which I had canceled because of the unprofessional dr. I had and it also shows that supposedly I was seen at that appointment and also had a visit summary. So does not seem fit or right or even professional to say you saw a patient you did not see when they canceled on time and in todays case showed up before the appointment and waited forever was never called into a room and asked registration to inform them that I was leaving. And have them say they saw you and more than likely got paid for an appointment that did not happen.

Friendly staff

They were pretty nice every time i go they are on time. There was this one time i had to wait an extra 30 mins and that was because they had a fire drill.

Nice, clean facility. More room and friendly staff as always.
