Booked a same-day 90 minute appointment through massage book. Pre-paid $150 including a $25 tip. Arrived at the therapists location 10 minutes early, waited until 15 minutes after the appointment. Therapist never showed up. I texted and left two voice mails. Now, three hours after the appointment time, I have heard nothing and I am out $150. Horrible service (no service) and horrible communication (no communication).

It was easy to book and access to care was appropriate. Emma was amazing! She listened to what I needed and delivered. I have had many massages in the past and this has been the best! Plus you can listen to your own music which is a bonus :) Thank you Emma!!
