Im a beginner when it comes to working out. This is my first gym in my adult life and Im not disappointed. I workout by myself until I learn how to use the machines and develop good and safe workout. Im very pleased and dont feel judged. I go late night and I love it.

I signed up on 07/02/21 and have been there seven times since then. This is my first gym that I’ve ever joined, my last gym class ever in school was over +10 years ago. Some in the morning and some after work after a long day in retail in the evening. There really is no judging here!! I was afraid at first, given I’m a bigger, out-of-shape individual. But I finally went in for a tour after quitting drinking and replacing it with something more healthy. I was given a tour and signed up on the spot. The staff are very polite, and are super helpful for any questions I’ve had so far. The environment is motivating and inspiring, individuals of all sizes doing their own thing. Hardly anyone says a thing (to me, at least), and I love that! Working out at my own pace, without being judge. I love it here!The pricing is very affordable, and for the Black Card members, you can bring someone for free with you as long as they’re over 13 and they sign up through a link you send them through the app.There is no pool here or punching bags, though.Please be aware, aside from the staff, I would say about 10% wear a mask at all times- myself included despite being fully vaccinated. If you aren’t afraid of that, this place is great!They have private showers, private changing rooms, cleaning stations that are clearly marked for use of before and after workouts. I’m so happy I enjoying this place so far!Although, some caution for night time. The gym is open 24/7, closed only on Thanksgiving/Christmas but there are some weary individuals outside. If you are a female, I would take a friend or a self-defense item to protect myself. Haven’t been here after dark, but the staff are happy to shoo away those individuals if needed. :)

Enjoy the gym and atmosphere BUT I havent been back for about a month. Mask mandate 100% not being enforced. Staff not wearing properly. With the vaccine requirement starting next week that may open up the opportunity to return.

I realize 2 of the TVs are dedicated to Fox News 24/7: a very judgmental network full of criticism and false narratives. Very hypocritical - and the antithesis of your mission statement. Also, the mask policy isn’t being enforced. Why? Some people (mostly male) think they’re special? Staff doesn’t feel empowered to enforce a mask policy?? I want to feel safe while we ALL try to be better and better our health individually and collectively. Let’s get on the same page! I understand you want to foster a more inclusive environment, but I’m noticing many inconsistencies. Other than that, most of the staff is very helpful. It’s pretty clean and the sanitizing stations are usually stocked on the gym floor.

Needed to cancel my membership because I am moving and they were great! No hassles or pressure, just quick and easy cancelation. Very nice and clean gym. Very nice staff! I will be looking for another PF once I get settled in.

I went in today to sign up and David was so helpful! He gave me a tour and some great advice on how to achieve my weight loss goals. Hes the guy to go to for advice 🙂 Also very clean facility!

I went to tan today,after applying my lotion I started to lie down in bed number one and it was filthy. There was perspiration mixed with tanning lotion. When I asked the manager in a polite manner who was in charge of maintenance I explained why. If her response was so distant genuine as how they would make a better effort. We are still in covid . This wasnt a lack of effort this was no effort. She came off as disingenuous. Catch phrases like we will make a better effort. This was nasty unhealthy Inexcusable and if the healthy department came by they would have shut it down. Poor leadership leads to poor effort. Nasty nasty nasty

Today was my first day using the club facilities in Antioch. The Berg is my home club.The Antioch Club is very clean and a very small number of people are using the club between 4:00 and 6:00 a.m., so access to the machines is not an issue.And Ive been vaccinated twice for covid-19, so didnt have to wear my mask!The bathroom needs a paper towel dispenser so people can clean up after themselves when they use the sink. I believe in saving a tree but I ALSO believe that cleanliness is next to godliness! Im casting my vote with GOD! Fore_get the tree!An alternative would be to have white towels for showering and for wiping down the sink!

Ive been coming to this gym for a year before the pandemic hit. I just started t come again and I really enjoy my workouts. Theres lots of equipment and the place is never too crowded. They maintain it clean and organized. Everybody is so polite.

First time visiting PF Antioch, from the other side of the bay, and all the machines at this gym are awesome (upgraded to the max). They count your reps and the amount of time your on a set, a great advantage when you wanna focus more on your breathing. And the place is super organized and clean. I noticed that the employees here like to keep surroundings tidy so periodt.

This gym is awesome! The plans and prices are incredible! The exercise equipment has superior access and there are plenty of machines.

Way better machines than the one in Pittsburgh. Cleaner too, not that the other one was all that dirty to begin with.

Interior of the Gym is very clean and well managed plus you can go in when you see the crowd meter is low.Employees are very professionals and friendly.

I used to love this club and probably would have been there for years has this was probably only second to 24 Hour Fitness. Im fully aware that there are covid-19 has in place but when youre told that you could work out without the mask on and only need to wear the mask all other times, then thats what you do. I was working out on Monday, and had my mask down below my mouth because this was what I was told of the policy of the club. Then, one of the clubs staff was passing by where I was working out, and said you must put on a mask. I informed her that I was told that the policy was masks on all times with the exception of being on a machine. Her response was, that is not our policy, just put on the mask. I tried to explain to her what I was told by the corporate office. Her response was over and over and over just put the mask on. I asked if I could see that in writing from the corporate office as there was no indication of this new policy at the front register.. when I was finished with my work out and was leaving, I asked again if I could see something in writing from corporate. She then informed me that she was canceling my membership. I called today to speak to a manager to explain my side of the story. She told me that she was on the side of the employee and that in fact my membership has been cancelled. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in front of all my friends in my life. I intend to contact my attorney for defamation of character for discrimination and for breaking a contract withoutcause.My recommendation is if you want to have the same experience as I did then this is the club for you.This is an addition to my previous post as you could see management responded and they would totally off base I was wearing the mask throughout the Club accept while I was working out heavily on the machines which I was told even in the response that you dont need a mask while youre working out on the machines and they still cancel my membership. Is this the kind of world were going into where people just randomly cancel your membership because you question things by their employees?

Really enjoyed going to this gym. Staff is friendly its always clean ever any issues.

You all still need to be enforcing masks atleast 95% of visitors should have their mask on. I felt a bit uncomfortable hearing people coughing when half the building didnt have on masks and I doubt half are even vaccinated. Work on this please! As of July 12, 2021

I love that its open 24 hours so I can come real early when theres no one here and get my workouts in. It has everything you need from pull up bars to massage chairs and tanning booths.

Staff always friendly. Equipments always clean and the gym is always clean as well and sanitized.

David works nights/early mornings and he gave me the best customer service! Constantly cleaning hard worker! This is the cleanest most organized gym I’ve been too! Justine works days and she was so kind and informative! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable when I came in!

This place was closed for 9 months due to pandemic and i was charged the yearly fee again. I shouldn’t have been charged for yearly fee since the gym was closed. I closed my account and I will never use this gym again.

As of today 1/12/2020 its been a great experience. New gym with new equipment, friendly staff, not too busy at night.The gym is well kept and clean throughout, and the new machines are comfortable. There is plenty of parking there, lots of machines, weights, and cardio equipment to use. The biggest plus is that its open 24 hours a day.

Its been great coming here especially because the staff are very welcoming and vibrant in the AM. Major props to the janitor who always cleans up and down the gym lol keeping it nice and sanitized for us customers. Plus I always look forward to the Hydromassage bed after a good workout.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I received an amazing tour and explanation of the equipment. Janai was very thoughtful and thorough. Ask for Janai went you go in. She or any staff member will treat you well.

The gym is ok enough. Showers, not so much.
