I really like east bay clinic. Dr. Parham Gharegozlo is very caring, detail oriented, knowledgeable and trustworthy. And I also have had a few sessions with his nurse practitioner, Morgan, which were positive experiences. Clean clinic, professional staff! No complaints. Keep up the great work guys.

This doctor is a great doctor he is very thorough and i would recommend he to anyone who has sleep apnea or heath issues .

Dr. Gharagozlou is amazing! He is great with his patients and spends as much time as needed with you to get all questions answered and also just to get to know you. He was also able to addressed my husband’s health issues. I can still remember those days (calls to 911 and those trips to the ER) which are so frightening but after meeting Dr. G, everything changed! I had a minor procedure at Eastbay Medical Clinic and I had an excellent experience.Everything went smooth and the staff wereKnowledgeable and wonderful. They made the experience very nice.

On a Friday - I called at 4.45 pm and he agreed to see me that day at 5.30 pm. He not only agreed to see me the same day - but stayed late. Not only is the doctor incredibly nice and caring - but the entire staff makes you feel welcome and well taken care of.

Dr. G and his staff have great service. My mom is always well cared for on her appointments. His referrals are of the best who specialize in what they do. My mothers experience has been positive every time. The trust is there. I agree with another review that says he has a complete study of medicine. He is very knowledgeable. Im so happy for my mom to find a doctor who really knows what they are doing and what they need to diagnose accordingly.

Was very nervous when I checked in, but the nurses and doctors were giving me support so the procedure would be fine. Was amazed how quick and efficient the procedure was, bare went to sleep and next thing I knew I was all done and back home before lunch

Dr Gharagozlou has been taking care of me and my husband for one year, his knowledge is up to date. His diagnosis is the best. He also has organized health program for us and appropriate referral to other specialist in other health center for follow up. He is very expert in respiratory disease and treat my husband’s sleep apnea and his snoring is getting very well,in deed he also helped me to sleep well !!!we are glad that he is our physician.

I have been a patient of Dr Gharagozlous for the past 4 years. I watched his practice grow from a modest beginning in Concord, to an added office in Antioch with a considerable increase in patients. Perhaps they too have come to understand the value of this doctor, as have I, and to appreciate his knowledge, expertise, care and dedication.A doctor for me must first be a human being who interacts with me on a human level. I want him to take his time, answer my questions, talk to me and hear my concerns and also to work with me regarding treatment options. I want a doctor-patient exchange and not a business exchange.Dr. Gharagozlou delivers this package! I could not have remained on as his patient otherwise. When you have this base, good doctoring and good medicine is then possible!He is thorough and careful in making a diagnosis. He will order the necessary tests to arrive at an accurate diagnosis of presenting symptoms. He does not take chances or overlook ones condition. In the past when I was concerned about taking certain medications, Doctor G was willing to go beyond the office visit, to read and look at some research in order to answer my questions and address my concerns. Ego does not prevent this doctor from recommending a visit to another physician or specialist whenever he feels like an issue deserves a closer look. This also is most important.His staff is fantastic. They are reliable and on top of whatever other needs a patient may have ranging from scheduling tests, sending orders over, getting meds and dealing with insurance.In a few short sentences I can sum it all up:I am a very picky patient. Dr. G took great care of my son! He got him a CPAP machine and his sleep apnea disappeared. The amazing part was this was done in clutch time during his short break from college. Dr. G squeezed us into his busy schedule and rushed everything through. Amazing help and service from Dr. G and staff!

Dr. Gharagozlou has complete knowledge of medicine. When I was sick, all the doctors I visited, diagnosed me wrongly, but when Dr. Gharagozlou just look at me, he told me that I have hyperthyroidism and need to be seen by specialist. I couldn’t walk, sleep, breath. He cured my illness, and not only I feel much better now, but also, I am in pharmacy school. If I wouldn’t have chance to see him, I wouldn’t have been in doctoral program now. Thank you so much, and I definitely recommend him to every one.

Most horrible,misogynistic experience of my life. I went in for a hernia but also because i havent seen a Dr in awhile and needed a check up. He didnt listen to my vitals, didnt ask about my diet or anything about myself or my lifestyle. He literally spent about 5 minutes with me just to write me referals for other specialists. He suggested that I get an unnecessary ultra sound of my internal origins which cost me 400.00 to check if my vital organs were fatty but if he wouldve asked about my diet he wouldve known that vegan people dont have this issue as it is prone to people who eat animal proteins. He also suggested that I lose weight even though he himself as a medical professional looks nothing like the photo pictured here and actually weighed AT LEAST 350 pounds. Im sorry but someone who preaches health is obligated to be healthy themselves. After I did everything he suggested he refused to give me my lab or test results over the phone and tried to force me to come in which wouldve cost me another 50.00 co pay which I didnt find necessary. I finally told his assistant that I wouldnt be returning and would be searching for a new Dr in which time Dr Gharagozlou finally called me just days later to give me my test results but also to tell me that HE was letting me go as a patient. No sir I fired YOU. I let his massive ego win and didnt argue. It was so clear what was speaking on his behalf. He just HAD to have the last word. It was disgusting. Some Drs are in it because theyre passionate about helping people and some are in it for the money which he made sure to let me know that he pulled 700.00 per visit from patients. GROSS!!! This guy is just in it for the money. Dont put your health in his hands. He doesnt care.

Dr Gharagozlou is not a good doctor. His diagnose is horrible.He is confused, he always forget to sen prescription to pharmacy. He is not on time.I ll never go to his office again.

My parents both are seeing dr Gharagozlou. They are very happy and cannot say enough nice things about him. He is very caring and knowledgeable. He differently has the patients interest as his priority. Also his staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend him.

Dr. G always takes the time to listen to his patients. He gets to know their specific needs and customizes treatment accordingly. He’s always their advocate and goes to bat with insurance companies to make sure the necessary referrals or medications are approved.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Gharagozlou for over 4 years now and has nothing but good things to say about her experience with him. He is carasmatic, kind, and an outstanding listener. When she is with Dr. Gharagozlou she feels as though she is being heard. He attends to her medical needs in an attentive way yet makes sure she is understanding of what is being said.
