Came here for a welllllll over due eye exam for glasses and contacts and it was a great experience for being a new client! Staff were nice and Dr. Lee was awesome during my whole exam!

Horrible service, it took almost a year to get the eye contact prescription. The receptionists and staff are unprofessionl, one time they call me to schedule an appointment and when I went there the Doctor told me that they didnt have my eye contact lenses yet and I had to reschedule, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! Then I called to schedule an appointment at 11 and it was confirmed via text and everything and when i went there the receptionist told me that I was shedule for a completely different time at 2pm and had to come back WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! So I decided to reschedule again and left a voice message because no one picked up the phone, they NEVER-EVER call me back after a MONTH so I decide to go to the other office in Brentwood. This office and the staff are unprofessionals that dont respect people time! TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND DONT DO TO OTHERS WHAT YOU DONT WANT to be DONE TO YOURSELVES. I wont recommend this office and muchless staff they think they can treat you disrespectfully even when you are a paying customer.

I went into the California Eye Clinic and upon entering The receptionist greeted me saying This is a doctors office. I asked do you sell eyewear? She hesitated to answer I remarked, of course you do seeing the eyewear on display and smiled. Another woman entered the room. I explained I wanted to get glasses for my granddaughter. The woman said she needed to be with me to have services. I then asked if they repaired frames to glasses? The woman stated I must have my granddaughter with me to repair frames also. As I was leaving I explained I would go to the eyewear store in Raleys shopping center.I was glad to spend $158.00 to repair the broken frames, and also ordered new glasses. Do not spend your money with California Eyewear, they dont want cash sales, being rude to customers is more important.

Glasses lady was so rude, took a long time to get glasses she didnt even do my measurements for my glasses. Very disrespectful. Id rather get my glasses at Pittsburg. Not only that but they clearly have no knowledge of insurance and are lazy to even look up and be efficient.

Poor costumer service. Staffs no knowledge about insurance. At first they okd our insurance and made appointment a month ahead. Called the same day of appointment and letting us know that they dont accept our insurance.

My mother have been going to this clinic and even thought the personal is very friendly the service is bad. Last week my mom was there for almost two hours waiting to be called. And when the doctor arrived he was in a hurry. It seems that they always booked too many appointments.
