Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Any concerns I had regarding Covid and the dental centers sanitation and cleaning process were quickly eased. Ive already booked my next visit & will continue to be serviced here for a long time to come.

I absolutely love Dr.Miles, and his staff. They are so caring, and kind! I am a baby when it comes to having work done in my mouth. They have taken so much of my anxiety away.I never mind going to the dentist anymore! I highly recommend them! I wouldnt trust my teeth to anyone else!

This was my first visit to Miles Family Dental, and I was very impressed with the care that was taken.It has been 1 1/2 yrs since my last cleaning. I usually go twice a year as I have some dental issues but was delayed due to covid. Miles Family Dental did a fantastic job. My hygienist was terrific and took all the care necessary. Will update with continued care and would highly recommend the office.

Dr. Miles is extremely understanding, personable and caring. I had been searching for a great dentist for a long time especially after what chemotherapy had done to my teeth and bones! Unbelievably one of my best friends had beautiful dental work done and I found out it was Dr. Jeff Miles who created one of the MOST AWESOME smiles I have ever seen! Needless to say he is now doing the same for me!!The people who work in the Antioch office are a pleasure to speak with and incredibly thoughtful and helpful! If you are worried at all about a dentist, this is your place to go!!

Had my teeth cleaned. Appointment started and finished on time. The hygienist Irene made this a pain free experience and removed my coffee stains. Highly professional and accommodating staff. Evidence of anti-Covid mitigation everywhere.

My son needed a crown, first time needing One. Everyone was so nice and caring. They took the time to explain everything to me and my son and made sure he understood and was comfortable with everything before moving forward.They were great!!

This place is WONDERFUL! Scheduling was so easy! Check in took only a couple minutes, and I was take right back.. even as a brand new patient ! My Registered Dental Hygienist was the sweetest woman ever . She made me comfortable through all the pictures and X-rays taken over my teeth! Dr. Miles is excellent! He went over every picture of my teeth as well as every X-ray. And scheduling a follow up appointment was very easy! Great office! Super kind staff! Best medical experience I’ve ever had!

I was a new patient and Dr. Tehle and my hygienist Irene were both sensitive to my anxiety and needs. The first check up was very extensive and they explained all X-rays to figure out my future needs.I would recommend them. Best dental experience ever!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Miles since he first came to Antioch. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and you can truly feel the family atmosphere at every visit. I believe it is important to have a relationship with my doctors, I get that from this staff and trust they have my best interest in mind. The offices are close in proximity to each other and are always clean and beautiful! Cant wait to see the interior of the new Winthrop Harbor office, Im sure its stunning! Highly highly recommend them!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, its quite scary to me actually. HOWEVER, the staff here is absolutely amazing and they make me feel very comfortable. Dr.Miles knows what hes doing! I feel safe and relaxed during every visit. My fear is no more after becoming his patient. So friendly and kind. He tells you exactly whats what without any hesitation and always has the best form of treatment. The ladies at the front desk are always a call away if I have any questions and are so friendly. I highly recommend coming here for your next visit!

I can only address the staff at the Antioch office. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with while remaining professional.

The team is always super positive in these grim times. They have really done a LOT of upgrades since the last time I was there, (6 months, duh). I just dont like the bell to summon Dr. feels fast food diner-ish. Maybe its my Pavlov reaction.

Very comfortable from the fist steps taken into the office.The staff and Doctor are friendly, professional, and inviting. The office is state of the art, clean and very relaxed. Everyone is welcoming and proficient and Dr. Miles makes you feel at ease right away. I really liked that Dr. Miles makes sure he tells you what he is going to do so you know what to expect in a clam voice to help with any anxiety. Once any procedure is completed I have NEVER had any pain or problems. HIGHLY recommend

I’ve always been scared of the dentist and In the middle of my wisdom teeth extraction they stopped numbing me because I cried and apparently freaked out. Almost didn’t refund me my money. My boyfriend had to demand the refund and I hadn’t known what was going on because of being drugged out on the medication they gave me. I will never be coming back to this dentist. All I wanted was my wisdom teeth removed and maybe if your office had doors on the rooms there would be no problem when people freak out 😡😡😡😡

Great people and service at Miles Family Dental. I have been going there since moving to Antioch/Chain O Lakes in 2005. I have since moved and drive an hour to get there. Worth the drive.
