I had a 25 pills a day opiate addiction and knew I couldn’t continue living this way so I contacted Baart Antioch and it was the best thing I could have done! They start you off at a low dose and then every 3 days they can increase your dosage! I ended up at 120ml and have been off the pills for over 5 years! They have programs that can subsidize the cost and I currently pay nothing! They can help anyone, many clients are addicted to many different drugs! The great part is it’s legal and if you get clean urine tests you get to start getting take homes ! I am at the maximum take home of 27 doses, so I only have to go there every 4 weeks! Just give them a chance to help you, you will be glad you did!!!

Without giving to much personal information about myself, I will share what I feel comfortable sharing. From the moment this walk in those doors I feel like however quiet the ladies at the front are, they have a way with everyone, not just theregulars. They will go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help you. If it is busy though, please be patient as they are trying to check in all the patients and dealing with intakes which meansnewbies. Also, HUGE THING TO BE AWARE OF..... THE WHOLE CLINIC HAS 1 DOCTOR, ONE DOCTOR FOR 1000 CLIENTS PLUS NEW ONES BEING ADDED EVERYDAY. But Dr.Q for short is amazing at what he does. The doctor is extremely empathetic who listens and tries to give 💯 to helping you feel yourself again. The next wonderful and helpful people are my lovely, amazing, thoughtful Nurse Angels👩🏻‍⚕️😇👩🏻‍🦰👱🏼‍♀️🧑🏻👩🏻‍🦱💐🌻🌻 Tina my 👑🧑🏻🏳️‍🌈 favorite: Katie, Geri, and the nurse whos been ⁵ the longest, Edith. When I came to visit the clinic for the first time it was about 3 1/2yrs. ago. A great friend of mine at the times and he had Thee Best Counselor in all of the BAART Programs her name was Dottie☹️🥺🥺🤫😨😱🤯😢😥😓🤧🥵🥶😇🙏💞💋🤗😶 She died in January about 2 years ago. I miss her very much and if you had her as a counselor then you know what a fantastic example of a real life Counselor Dottie Superwoman 🦸🏾‍♀️ Rest in Paradise 💥🌟💫✨I think now the best counselor you have right now besides Sheri is SY yes his name is Sy. He is the best and brightest counselor ever! The help he offers, the info he gets or gives or even looks up for you info you might want or need to further your success. He helps by listening, but not just bc he has to, because he genuinely wants to help you. He tailors (I think thats how you spell that word) your goals to work for you wherever you are in your journey. He also challenges you in a positive was that makes you want to show not just Sy, but yourself that you can do it on your own. I hope you all get a chance to meet the 2 security guys I only know Fred such a kind soul who is great at enforcing the policys and getting to know everyone on more than just a service level he is like a wise uncle to me and to a lot of people that love seeing and feeling safe everytime I see Fred there. This place has helped me through recovery through the help of many counselors who kept me on track of my treatment plan, and some like my current counselor mrs. Consuelo who go above and beyond and help with all other aspects of my recovery. She’s one of few counselors who has shown genuine care and interest in my recovery.

Ive been going to the clinic now for about 6 months, and it has helped me in so many ways. My counselor Mrs. Consuelo is the reason I went into program, she encouraged me and has had my back the entire way! I couldnt ask for a better counselor. Also, the dosing nurses are awesome and super compassionate and are great at remembering each client on a personal level. They make it a point to ask about my personal progress every week and I really appreciate that!

The BAART clinic in Antioch has not only helped me in so many aspects of my life; they have literally saved my life. They are in Federal HIPPA VIOLATION everyday of the week. They ask for your last name, first name which violates that privacy law, rather than asking for your patient ID #. It’s 6:08am so I’m gonna take a quick nap b4 I drive down there on there shorted hour schedule. To add more later.

I had to move up here to help my family and I was a little apprehensive about starting up with a new clinic. The people on the front desk have always been courteous and professional . Always with a word of support or a smile to start my day. It seemed that in no time everyone on the front desk knew my name. As to the dosing window I can’t say enough how I’m impressed with their professional demeanor . They always make you feel like this dose ‘counts’. My counselor has always had my back and informed me of any choices and options I may have in front o f me at any given time. Finally the intake staff , always informative as to any options I might have and clear and precise in filling out so many forms but it’s done in a way that’s painless. And last but not least the Doc who made me feel I was more than just a number.I could go on about this clinic but just let me say this ;It’s clean , the staff of helpful and courteous, and the ‘patients’are a pretty mellow bunch.

I’ve been going to BAART for almost 2 years. They have made significant changes over that time. All of the staff are outstanding. I’m typically in and out in 5-10 minutes. BAART also added a couple nurses which makes the process easy and quick. The nurses and counselors go out of their way to help in any way they can. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for treatment!!

My intake was done by James he did a wonderful job he knew I had to be to work and he worked very hard at getting me out of there on time but they did a thorough job Im very happy with the Staff That have, I Give them 5 stars keep up the good work

I have and excellent counselor. They are generous with dosing. The line is sometimes really long.

My Dad has been attending this clinic since 2005. It saved his life. Steve the director and Sherri are awesome, fair, compassionate. His counsler Terri is an angel, she has helped him tremendously. The one issue the clinic suffers from is the dosing nurses are underpaid. There is a serious shortage of nurses at the clinic since Medmark took over and lowered their pay. This clinic has tripled in clients so there is not a shortage of funds. Plz pay these nurses what they are worth! Otherwise the clinic is a godsend.

The lines are always way to long. And its only getting worse with time. But the people are mostly nice and considerate. But theres always those jerks that just make things more complicated than they need to be.

Ive been coming to this clinic since 2015.. The dosing nurses since then have been great.. I loved the dosing nurse Isabelle, she got sick and doesnt work at baart anymore, im very sad about that I loved my issy...in the process Ive met a dosing nurse named Tina, I love my t.t. at first I didnt hit it off to well with her, but Tina is so sweet, understanding, loving ,compassionate and keeps me in my place when I really wAnt to go there.... I really like all of the staff there JAMES is my counselor I love this guy u can tLk to him he cares he doesnt treat us like were money and he listen tries his hardest to help when he can if he leaves Im leaving to.... Steve the director, and Sherry the supervisor and counselor, at first I didnt care to much for Sherry but gained to like her, I thought when u talk to her about stuff she brushed it off, but when a staff complain she listens and be on their side , as you get to know her shes not as bad as I would think... Steve the director I like hes very busy wished he had more time but hes Very good rounded person he listens and to me hes very very fair in my eyes.... Linda, the other supervisor is nice she doesnt like ppl to hang around gets upset about that at the end of the day shes Kinda and u learn to love her...The clinic itself I like the clients are cool just have to pick and choose your battles at baart... The doctor I can never get in to talk to him I have a problem with that hope it will change soon, other than that hes a quiet intelligent man.The methadone is very nasty I have a hard time dosing sometime but I make it through.... I dont like one of the dosing nurses, she very disrespectful, demanding,holds grudges, doesnt tell the truth all the time, came to the clinic to change things, talks about people kids, just all the way around an very ugly spirited person... I dont go to her window, I dont even like looking at her!!!° Other than that oh yea we have great security Alex, and Fred... Baart is a great place come get ya some help...Front desk is fantastic...

I came this place for help and was worried at first but these people are dedicated and show how much they care. Everyone in the office is caring and dedicated. They dont judge and even the doctor is understanding. You are able to be complelty open and honest with these people. I was worried becuase i had a vacation coming up to disneyland but they made sure i would be able to dose while i was away when the vacation was such short notice. October 13th 2015My honey and I have been blessed to just to have been able to connect with this program, we are in a good place.

I had a hydrafacial by Pri. It was very painless and actually relaxing! I came out with softer, smoother skin and cleaner and smaller looking pores. Im going back in three weeks for a photofacial to get rid of my hyperpigmentation. Ill try and remember to update after that treatment.
